  • I am looking at this, H4a, or the H3( I think it was the h3 that should match with my EMG Alexi signature) This sounds really good though is it in the bridge? Cos' I need a neck. My pickup came with an EQ pre-amp and gain booster so can change the sound and gain if need be. The gain boost makes it active. :D

  • The specification says this has 2X65W amp per channel. You can add the two channels for 130W of power?

  • @zero82611

It is stereo amp. it's got chorus.

Yes 2x65w. Behind it reads 150w. It is very loud amp. My first amp is mesa/boogie Rect-o-verb and this is in reserve. Marshall Vs265 is made in England and it is good amp. This is only played OD1 which is transistor gain. OD2 has tube pre amp and it is much heavier.

  • does emg hz 4 good? or better to set seymour duncan passive?

  • @kiarash770 i guess it's only u can decide. u should go to the manufacturer's web site, and listen for the demo. See if any of the sounds you're looking for and like.

  • @kiarash770

i thinke symour is better. EMG just active pickups are very nice

  • do you recomend buying a guitar with emg hz and 22 frets?

  • @vahag914

YES. Why not. This guitar is hand made in Finland 1998 and it's got 24frets. I chanced that microphone couple a weeks ago. Before that it got Dimarzio Paf pro, and it's still got Pah pro on the neck pickup.
