For 1... I think that this is a awesome video! I have been on the Queen myself once and had some "experiences" of my own. So therefore I completely believe that this could very well be authentic! Great job on catching this (even if by accident). 2; People set cameras down and forget to shut them off right away all the time so whoever thinks that this is too coincidental is a lil too skeptical if you ask me. So I just watched the episode of Fact or Faked in which this video clip is featured. I'd agree with some of the comments here that they didn't feature the entire clip, but they did prove the apparition can be faked, and your story related to how and why your camera was placed sounds very fake....but having said that I can say because of the location "the queen mary" and its rep its possible this is real...I'm undecided

Looks a lot like a view through glass showing the reflection of people moving about behind the camera. The camera seems strategically placed to aim down the hallway, not placed at random. Who would leave a video camera unattended. It is still interesting to read every ones comments and reactions but logic always wins in my mind.

It's hard to tell but the one at 0:15 looks like he's wearing coveralls of the kind that was worn by the QM's crewmen. At least one of the ghosts is said to be that of John Pedder an 18-year-old crewman who was killed in an accident aboard ship in 1966.

u can kinda see the shape of a solider cuz tht ship did carry soliders be4 n alot of them died on the queen mary so theres a possibility its a ghost of a solider coming out of the wall then disappearing almost into thin air or the wall its heading into so there is a 40 to 60% its paranormal but u cant prove it is unless u actually recreate this activity on tape

...there are WAY too many shadows / ghosts caught on here for it to possibly be authentic. If ghosts were that prevelant everyone would believe in them, there would be no doubt. Plus so many other shows hae gone to the queen mary, if you got these results in one minute and ten seconds other ghost hunters would have enough evidence to wipe out skepticism altogether. Catching a ghost on film is incredibly rare..recordings of the queen mary, you can here voices.. Almost what sounds like water rushing in (oddly the queen mary hit a ship in the 1940s)..these ghosts have what looks like period clothing from the 40s. it could very well have just been perfect conditions for ghosts to appear.. what I find suspect is the fact he says he left it on by accident.. you hear that all the time. I'm a believer too but undecided on this video..

how could you not believe? its scientifically possible. Many theorists agree that we are made up of energy and when we die, it goes somewhere. I'm not even religious but something is going on. its not mathematically feasable that all these ppl who say they see ghosts are either lying, or mistaken. there's just too many cases. Final Thought: This video has been featured 4 different times on national TV. It has aired on NBC/Universal 2 times, TRU TV, and now SYFY. Fact or Faked has been the only show to take the position they did. The other shows maintained the videos authenticity by using their own experts and consequently, came to completely different conclusions. Remember, just because it's on TV doesn't mean it's the truth. What's important is what you think about the video, it's your opinion that really counts.

The real story that I shared with them was I was on a date with friends when this happened. They cut all of that out. I don't have projectors, cameras, lights, or smoke machines, and sheets of reflective glass sitting around in my closet. The Queen Mary doesn't let people set up these elaborate set ups on their boat without paying a lot of money first. The last TV show that was there paid 11,000.00 to film there, These are resources I simply don't have at my disposal.

If you dont remember from that episode of Fact or Faked that they even said so themselves that they couldnt get it exactly like the original video. Why are so many people so skeptical about this being real? This is the most haunted place there is and they caught it on video. Ghosts are real. Get used to it.

I was watching fact or faked and this was 1 of the cases and then they proved that it was fake. See what they did was place a sheet of glass in front of the lense and then the projected a person walking down the hall and then it looked exactly the same. so it was a fake! but it was still a very well thought out plan.

I think if this was truly authentic that the poster would be replying back to the comments. To me it looks like the camea speed was very slow and thats why the see through images as people are just walking around. The imiges appear to be of people in modern dress. I had a ghostly encounter on the queen mary, and I want people to know about it....It was after 3 in the morning in the year 2006 and I was startled suddenly out of my deep sleep, my bed was by the cabin door. something was turning the doorknob and violently shaking the whole door. I got up quickly to see what it was and saw something white run by the peep hole very quickly followed by an eery laugh. This ship has had alot of violent deaths it would not surprise me if negative spirits are using the energy to maifest themselves. You only see full body ghosts in places like this. I'am not ruling out being in a time warp on this ship because you can see what looks like to be a butler leaving a room but I don't think the spirits in there are friendly.
