Act V: Chapter Three. The cog tag is in the room where the Bloodmounts come in right before you go kill the last Siege Beast crew, there is no option to go upstairs or downstairs, the video is very misleading on that one, I had to go back and replay the chapter like 3 times because of it.

@Gearskid2012 Okay, I ran right by this one as well when I first played this chapter. Once you get off the elevators (after you have to hop on top of your ally's elevator) you tell your partners that you are on the floor above them. Fight through all of the enemies that arrive and once you are finished do not continue upstairs. Instead go all the around and downstairs to where Baird and Cole got off the elevator. Then go straight across the room and behind a pillar to the right of the couch. :)

I think if you click on the video to see where to find the hidden stuff, you've already played through the game. If you click on the video and get pissed because there's spoilers it's your own damn fault for clicking on the video that even tells you what act and chapter these are on.

It's just that one part where the bug tries to smash through the machine and on top of keeping it from doing that, you've got these unlimited amounts of guards swarming you, making it seemingly impossible to win AND having to risk your life going to get regular ammo or Hammer of Dawn ammo, making sure to avoid the bug's fire breathing thing and the guards swarming on you. It's just impossible

@SuckMyCOG cuz it is luck mainly where the palace guards climb up at wether its behind you or on the opposite side , mine and the other three guys i played with was the the queen bitch wasnt much of a problem it was staying behind cover and a guard shooting you in the back what i did as a individual was stay away from her she got close to me i took off keeping teammates alive, oh we also had active reload on that helped ALOT but even then took about an hour oh have some with anit air skill
