If you dont know yet, get your hands on some video converting software which can covert video files to Mpeg-4. When you upload video files to youtube as Mpeg-4 format you will get the Watch in High Quality option which will show your video at a higher resolution making the quality etleast 2x+ better then standard.
he stutters but if u look down at one of his comment he spells every word correct starts each sentence with a capital letter puts a spach after each sentence and uses the right punctiuation points every time.

Well gosh, who could ever understand what he's saying??! If he's bad in english, he should talk his language and put subtitles. If he's nervous, he shouldn't record, w/e reason he's like that, i'm sorry I was mean
Hey Kevin the video you did outdoors the other day when there was that near wreck looked great. Maybe it's all about lighting and NATURAL light. Ever think of doing all your videos in the day light? MIGHT be better. I THINK my old HI 8mm looks better outdoors than inside with artifical light. ANYway, it doesn't matter. It's just good to see and hear you...whatever camera you use.
I did the near wreck video in the evening and I've found that the camera does look better outside rather indoors. I don't think the house I'm in is very good at conveying natural light and it is quite modern.
I'm going to try and do more outside videos as we are fast approaching autumn or fall as you call it.
Another big piece has been for me decent lighting. I've had to experiment with a couple lamps to get the right type of light for my videos and then I still have to fool around with the quickcam settings sometimes.
Hi Kev, I think the main thing is the type of camera, the better the camera the better the picture quality. You could do some reasearch into what camera would best suit your needs. Also I think lighting is also important. Try to have a decent amount of light in your videos but not too much otherwise it may be too bright. Good luck :)
The camcorder I had at the gathering was a Sony DCR-HC96 which was top of that particular range in 2006. The PC I have doesn't have a firewire connection so could that have something to do with it?
Shut the hell up haters! This guy has speech problems. Whats wrong with that? :)

I'm going to play about with lamps when I'm forced to go indoors by the weather. Thanks for the tips Tim and Tony!
