Yes the rooms have a lot for the money. Many of them have been renovated within the last year. Also included in the price is free wifi.

From the apartments Tesco South Pattaya is only a few minutes away by motor bike .

The rooms are from 7,000 Baht to 10,000Baht a month. To the beach at Jomtien your only 15 minutes away by motor bike taxi. May be less.
