  • Hey micheal thanks for the great recipe good job! i made it with chicken and it was great!

  • how do you measure out one serving?

  • I called our local health food store and she told me they have brown rice pasta <3 cant wait to go (I love pasta and have not been having it as often since Im trying to drop another 30lbs...) but NOW I CAN - how exciting!

  • Where do you get your pasta?

  • I love how you shop for most of the stuff at WM! (easy for me ha!) Oh but do they sell the BROWN RICE PASTAS there too? Ive never seen em?

  • I made this for dinner last night and had leftovers for lunch today plus my husband loveddd it and didn't know it was healthy for him! This was Delicious!!

  • thank you!!!!! :D

  • Im eating this right now... was surprised how quick and how good this is!!!! EVERYBODY MAKE THIS NOW!!!!

  • Almond milk O_O never heard of that before

  • @nicolajkl It's good I like it better than soy milk blegh

  • Hey bro. use a wooden spoon to mix your stuff up. doesn't scratch your pan and makes them last :D

  • Getting the ingredients today to start. Good job, Mike!

  • I made this the evening it was posted. I added some sauteed garlic, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers to the sauce, served over pasta with salmon and if I were to describe in one word how it turned out... awesome! If you haven't made this yet, too bad for you :(

    Thanks for sharing Mike :)

  • is splenda bad ?

  • @kevinmejia13 its a zero calorie sweetner as you may know yet many people use stevia becuase it is natural.

  • I had bacon for breakfast

  • I love that you use rice pasta! :)

  • you are awesome! thank you

  • chicken is always a weekness for me its my favorite food. I can't wait to try this

  • Michael could you do a video on an easy, good lunch meal to bring to work/school?

  • Comment removed

  • will for sure be trying this out looks really good..

  • Thnx man this is my favorite meal in the whole world

  • Where do you find the rice pasta and gluten free pasta?

  • Stevia in the uk? Northern Ireland to be exact or a similar product i can order online (preferably a UK site) any suggestions? cheers

  • Looks great. I use gluten free pasta due to gluten sensitivity issues. Why do you use gluten free pasta? Do you find that there are other benefits that help with a leaner lifestyle?

  • hey michael have you ever tried shirataki noodles?? there are 2 types, one with almost no carbs and another one with very little carbs.... i dont know if u know that...if u are about to use that kind of pasta some day let me know how it tastes!

  • WITH SOME CHICKEN BREAST IN IT!!!

  • hmmm, i think i will add some chocolate whey protein powder, xD

  • GET THE $%#@ OUT OF HERE!!! I NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT NOW!!!

  • not criticizing at all good recipe was wondering if you could include some low fat low carb high protein dishes thank you keep up the good work

  • i use bertolli alot but one has to cook in it quick or it oxidizes pretty rapidly, or so i heard.

  • Youtube should make a double thumbs up rating, because that was amazing!

  • as always It rocks

  • This looks great - for some reason I hadn't thought to use cream cheese in such a sauce before - I will definitely try this! I have had problems in the past with rice-based pasta; I much prefer the whole wheat variety since manufacturers have improved w.w. pasta so that it cooks almost as quickly as white pasta.

I enjoy cooking youtubes, but I REALLY appreciate the healthy ones.

  • I like this this is very easy to do thanks for your prep.

  • สุดยอดมาก

  • I am making this for dinner tonight! I have a cold and feel like crap and this is the first thing that has sounded appetizing, so this should be comforting without a ton of fat and calories :) I will be adding some red and green bell peppers and onions for veggies. Happy New Year Mike

    Best always

  • <3

  • hi great video.

could i freeze this and reheat it in the microwave another day?

  • fair play man ive been watching your vid's for about 1-2 months now and they get better every week , respect from the UK.

  • I enjoyed watching this video :) Thank you and I wish you a Happy New Year :)

  • Does your parents have six packs too?

  • will this work if I use regular skimmed milk?

  • Thumbed up for including the macros. But I think a good rule of thumb is to always have more protein in your meal than carbs.

  • @sinz187 40% Protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat (calories) is a good rule of thumb for building muscle. Lower the carbs and fat a little to lose fat. Remember fat counts 9 calories per gram. Protein and carbs counts 4 calories per gram.

  • @legggggggggy Using a ratio like that would most definitely cause you to fall short of you dietary fat requirements, especially if cutting!!! I'm currently 160lbs at 7% and bulking on 200g protein, 200g carbohydrates and 200g fat (Like to not complicate things). Overall, if I used 20% of my 3400 calories, 75g of fat falls just short of the 0.5g/lb of lean mass dietary fat requirement (Would be well under if cutting). At the end of the day, you can do what the Fuck you wanna do.

  • This serving is too little for me :P I might as well have two of them hehe. Great recipe!

  • Looks really good. Thanks again Michael.

  • Hi Michael, all the best for 2012! We hope you keep uploading your vids, we really enjoy them. Just one remark: you used Extra Vierge olive oil to cook, but it is more suitable for dressings, i.e. cold purposes. It could be even a health risk when you heat the Extra Vierge oil. For some other ingredients we have to search for an alternative, as we don not have all the mentioned ingredients in Holland. Please keep uploading and thank you very much for sharing! Peace to you all, Fred.

  • What does it say about our society when a healthy food vid gets a couple thousand views but an unhealthy one like epic meal time will get in the thousands, but great recipe cant wait to try it

  • this is probably a dumb question but how do I know how many servings im eating lol... like how can i measure 1 serving. (For this or cereal or anything else)

  • awesome :)

  • Thats some good looking shit all it needs now is some broccoli and chicken in that bitch

  • THANK YOU !!! i have been trying to find a healthy way to make this...this is perfect..thanks bro.

  • This is great, can wait to try it this weekend.

Quick question, where did you find the giant bag of Stevia? Haven't been able to find a big bag like that here in Ohio.

  • @kmc0728 - You can find it at Walmart near the baking section by the sugars.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Thank you, I will take a look this weekend.

  • @leanbodylifestyle oh my gosh here it was 50$ for it!

  • @kmc0728 you can get it at target or walmart in the baking section!

  • @x3purplecandy Thank you, I will take a look this weekend.

  • @kmc0728 They also have the big bags of Stevia at Kroger too, since you live in Ohio you may have a Kroger store near you. Its in the baking aisle with the rest of the sugars.

  • @TheRealAmyBlair Thank you, I will take a look this weekend.

  • @kmc0728 or you can order the bags online if your walmart doesn't have it.

  • happy new year diet to me...wow!!!!!!!!

Makes 10 servings. Each serving has:

    170 calories

    3g fat

    *5g protein

    31g carbs

*For more protein, add chicken or shrimp.

    ---

This makes a great side dish or a meal if you add in chicken or shrimp!
