  • This is what you get. You pay tribute to one of your favorite bands and you get a lot of criticism

  • Cette chanson me donne réellement une envie de pleurer. Cela ne m'arrive jamais! Je suis une fan de Radiohead, mais cette version surpasse tout. TOUT!

  • Why WHY is that part always muted out at 2:10? -__-

  • @ThnkHppyThghts Because he says "This is what you get when you fuck with us".. I think it's RIDICULOUS muting that single swearword out, thus ruining a part of the song.. I mean we won't die hearing it.

  • @CheeseLovingChester

    I know that!!

They fucked the best part! ><

  • So, my mom is a Radeohead fan, then when I show her this cover, she was giving Jon 'I will rape you' eyes. I show her another video, turns out it was the shirt. Pparents are weird like that.

  • love this version

  • I'm a hardcore Radiohead fan, and I like this cover.

  • Wut is with ryan always having that eyemakeup crazieee like a mask

  • Ryan's devilish smile at 1:18

    c::::

  • Ryan though.... dfjkl;agjklsa. <3

  • Why does the dramatic make up make them look like they're 16-18?

  • @CharlesFoxKays because they were at the time XD

  • @booradley2901 Deep voices for them being so young at the time... lol

  • @CharlesFoxKays Because they were like 18-19 when this was filmed

  • Even though they weren't that good live yet...I still love this performance for some reason. I loved that they covered Karma Police. much respect. :)

  • I have so much respect for Ryan who came to perform a day after his dad's funeral and also to get trough Camisado.

If I was on his place I would have a total breakdown.

  • anybody realize that this is the first concert ryan played after his dad died, the DAY after the funeral, and that camisado is about his dad? he really needs some fucking credit for making it through this song...

  • @Bibkinz80 He deserves fucking credit for making it through the entire concert. Ryro is definitely being strong through all of this.

  • @highgirlstar2000 EXACTLY.

  • 3:40-3:50 <3 XD loololol

  • At 3:26 It sounds like the beginning of Time Bomb. O.o.

  • 167 people missed the like button

  • 1:15 Ryan<3

  • I love their twist on karma police its different yet appealing.

  • I'm in love with Brendon's high note in Camisado o_o

Whoah. And. I don't care about Radiohead's cover, the original song is of course absolutely awesome. But the best cover of this song ever is the one Panic made at Denver concert. C=

  • This sucks!

  • really only if I feel terrible listening to this cover to see panic! atd ryan and it's my platonic love D: I love them i have loved this song makes me sad u_u

  • Comment removed

  • The song: Not as good as the cover; however, that was obvious. No cover can beat the Radiohead original. However, I really like how they made this their own. Panic!, quite honestly, has MUCH more talent than all of those other DecayDance bands COMBINED, especially Brendon's vocal abilities.

Also, 1:15-1:18 is the cutest Ryro smile. Ever. :)

  • Panic at the Disco in particular, is one of the most overlooked bands of their time in my opinion. Unfortunately they got caught up and immediately judged as one of those "eyeliner swoop bang" stereotypes, but if you truly listen to Brendon's voice and the way he conveys this song--he truly makes it his own. I just think it's a shame that he/they're always just going to be seen as poster boys and not seen as the artists they are.

  • @TheMonaLeah Truth

  • Panic at the disco was better when they had the exclamation point in their name, when they were a neat mix of emo and electronica. but, they're nothing profound, so they should stop trying to be and just enjoy being what they started as.

  • well there shit and radiohead are good, fucking ruined that song, shit average mediocre wannabe emo bands

  • @danny0788 Then the rest of the world should stop singing Happy Birthday because most of us ruin that. Panic! sang their own version (and did you even go to school? It's "they're" as in "they are" not "there". Yes, there is shit over THERE, on the other side of the internet, and that's you). Kudos to them for making this song theirs and not a mimicry.

  • I loooove this music , specially when Brendon Urie sing it !

  • i kinda hate how they have so many proformers at their live shows, when i go to a concert i wanna see the band not so many theatrical dancers

  • Brendon has Ryan's gutair in camisado

  • You bleeped the best part!!

  • Maaaaaaa. MMMaaaaaa. They should call themselves "The Sheeples." Suck.

  • Lastly, liking a group's appearance and caring deeply about their music are not mutually exclusive. I love many bands' songs, and care about the meaning and effort and influences behind them. Many other bands I like the music of, but find them as more just "eye candy". Panic!, among others, is a mix of caring or their music and finding them to be good-looking. And yes, Ryan was particularly cute here.

  • Wow, at 1:17, was that a real, honest-to-god Ryro smile? :)

Also, it was a decent cover, and I do like that they did Radiohead, but Brendon's voice isn't suited to it, especially back then when he was still fine-tuning his control. You can hear it, he was more off-key, pitchy, all over the place here. He got much better later on in their career.

Lastly, liking a group's appearance and caring deeply about their music are not mutually exclusive. I love many bands' songs, and care about the meani

  • no mamen se oye bien culera la neta de huevos cheken la de radiohead no por comparar pero no mamen che escandalo

  • Damn I miss them.

  • LOVE times the power of crackheads W/ pot and pixie stix XDD

  • Hanson did a better job covering Optimistic than Panic did Karma Police.

Do they have any understanding of the word "dynamics"????? they just stripped the song of pretty much all of the impact...

  • Type in Radiohead Karma Police live @ le reservoir

You will be sure to get the best version of this song. Jonny Greenwood on keys is AMAZING.

im not a fan of these guys but it was a good cover... Radiohead is probably the best band alive or at least in the top 5

  • obviously.

they were trying to give themselves some sexual appeal to the female audience. but yes, some people focus too much on that.

  • yes I am a huge Panic! At The Disco fan, but some of the arguments you pathetic little fan girls come up with is not helping this cause.

So please, everyone's entitled to an opinion, but you're just making yourself look like a bit of a prick by arguing back with your points about their' Hair' and what not.

It is music, not a catwalk.

  • god I love this

I love their style and to hear such a good song in their style makes ecstatic

    :D

  • i am a very musically cultured individual take my word for it this is a great cover if yu were blind and could not see them you would say its a good cover except fro the part at the end where hes like is everyvbody ready to dance cuz thats fuckin gay

  • if u didint like the cover than dont bother commenting it would be a waste of ur time i luv panic! and i think this is a great cover

  • Even if people dont think their covers of songs are good, they do make them their own so it is harder to compare. Originals will always be better. It's just a fact. At least their live performances during this point in their career always exceeded their album or lived up to it, vocally and musically, and alot of artists today cant do that. So kudos to Panic for being good and unique<3

  • @ijwalk1 "Originals will always be better. It's just a fact" that just wrong things can always be improved.

  • Comment removed

  • @Tweek288

    SONGS CAN´T.

  • @Tweek288 not in this case, panic at the disco fuckin' sucks

  • @ijwalk1 You're right, you can't compare Panic! At The Disco to any other band.

Nobody can ever be as shit as them. Kudos to them for that.

  • their heart is in the right place but i prefer radiohead untouched

  • 2:59 - 3:03 sounds like but its better if you do

  • that's cause it is.

  • seriously, this sucks...

  • omggg i loveeeee karma police!!!!!!!! my favvvvvvvvv songgggggggg

  • What you Radiohead nazis fail to realise that this is done live, hence him sounding inevitably off.

  • Within five seconds I could tell all the subtlety of this song had disappeared and I began to loath their singer with some intensity.

  • This is BS...puke...right 7-8 albums that sell.

  • This cover is horrid... Honestly it's good that Panic likes Radiohead and takes influence but seriously. If your a fan of this cover please go listen to the original. There really is nothing like the original and I don't think any band could cover it well.

  • If people only make covers of songs they could do just as well of the original, there would be very few covers, I'm telling you that. You don't have to listen to this.

  • Sorry but to tell you the truth, the cover is better than the original.

  • what the hell are you smoking?

  • @TWINERD90 i don't even know what to say to that.

  • Is it tough being an idiot?

  • Once you all grow up you'll realize music has nothing to do with how "cute" the musicians are.

  • @fightingfoos well looking at your favorites I can see you're into a shit ton of image bands, soooooooooo :x

  • @LittleJoysmusic What the fuck is an image band? I'm just into the music.

  • @fightingfoos

i hope i'll never grow up then... i'm somewhere between 25 and 30 now

  • @fightingfoos Yep, I'm 13 and I understand that, truth is, the only reason Justin Bieber has fans is because he's "cute" to these mindless people, after all, after he cut his hair he lost fans, shows you the truth, no one gives a fuck about his music...

  • @CharlesFoxKays though it had nothing to do with P!ATD I just used his name to make a point, no one shoot me down...

  • I myself wouldn't mind a heavier version of Karma Police but I didn't like this because of the singer's voice. I liked the drums though... 2/5 because he oversang...

    I can't believe I tolerate this.

  • I love there cover of karma police I love the way Ryan is singing along but it really sucks that they bleeped out the part where he says f..k that's my favorite part of the song

  • if you truly love and respect a musician,

you take the time to see what influences them,

what causes them to make the music they make,

    who their influences are...

and even if this band manages to begin to change their sound

and break away from all the marketing,

the fanbase won't care, and will continue to buy their albums

based not on musical talent but on naive loyalty based on

hair, clothes, relationships, materialistic trivial things

and how "cute" they are :|

  • it's just a shame that their entire fanbase is comprised of teenage girls

who only like them for their hair and tight pants,

and that they don't care that the "music" they're listening to

is nothing but manufactured synth pop

    computerized bullshit with no substance

and that half of them don't know who radiohead or thom yorke are,

    but worst they don't care

  • realize that in all that you said, you just show that youre the same as all the teenage girls that dont know/care who radiohead or thom yorke are. you said that if you respect a musician you see what influences them & then you said that panic is nothing but 'manufactured synth pop computerized bullshit with no substance'. it seems you havent looked very hard to see what influences them bc despite the synth pop their songs have substance. panic fans may not care about radiohead but...

  • ...the opposite is just as true.

  • Comment removed

  • @ARS0009686 I want to punch you in your fucking head

  • i agree, cliche bullshit little girls who love ryan ross' hair and his skinny jeans, omgz patd are so deeeeeeeep. hahah

  • @fckingstfu

I am a teenage girl who listened to all of Fever, bought the album and read the lyrics a million times before ever seeing their picture. Panic at the Disco got me to love music and meaning in music.

So what if I'd never heard a Radiohead song, I've heard them now, and I enjoy them, but Panic will always be my favorite.

  • @ohioasp If you liked Fever I bet you hated Pretty.Odd didn't you. I liked it but it seems like no one else did and for the love of god it sounded nothing like The Beatles

  • @Jolamarajami

No, I liked both. I like almost all kinds of music. (Most country is the exceptions).

I think it sounded a little like the Beatles, with some of the orchestrations (spelling?) and maybe some of the beats of the songs. I did like Fever better, but that may have been because I heard it first. That's usually the way music is with me.

  • @ohioasp I liked both too, Pretty Odd is really nostalgic for me because it reminds me of the best summer of my life and I'm glad to find an open-minded Panic! fan because a lot of them I actually know hated Pretty.Odd although I still don't see The Beatles similarities and I

I'm sorry If I came of as obnoxious

  • @Jolamarajami Nah, you're fine. :)

  • @ohioasp listen to Amos Moses

    heehe this country sing rockZ

  • they're just showing their appreciation for a band they respect,

granted this song is a little ambitious,

and no one should ever attempt to cover radiohead,

thom yorke is meant to sing thom yorke's songs,

plus radiohead fans are fucking intense and will hate you if you try, ha

I don't particularly like this band,

I think they're the product of studio marketing,

but It seems to me that they want to try and find themselves

  • By The Way Why They Want To Make A Cover Version Of Karma Police By The Way It Dont Make Sense.....Could It Be

    1.They Like It

2.They Just Annoyed The Radioheads Band

    3.I Dont Know LOL

  • well that was a waste of time

  • LOL. I agree. Hanson did a better job than this band.

  • i cant get over brendons voice...and how cute ryan is =D

  • RYAN IS MY IDOL BRENDON IS MY HERO

  • ditto but for me it's the other way around

  • lol idk just ryan gets the lyrics part brendon gets the singing.... ^_^i use 2 like brendon more but i mean there awesome guys i never seen so much awesomeness in 1band :D

  • yeah i love ryan's wierd words they really were a new sound

  • 1:16 - 1:19 so effin cute!!!! I WANT THE OLD PANIC BACK :(

NOOOO, why is the sound gone at my fav. part??!!!?? 'This is what you get when you fuck with us!!' D:

  • Radiohead's cover sucks, I love the original. Panic is a lyrical genius of a band.

  • It's Panic doing the cover, the original one is the one from Radiohead ;)

  • I think brendon has the gratest voice in all the world and he's so cute i just...

    LOVE BRENDON

  • Hey, we all know you may voice your opinions in the comments section, but your comment wasn't all that nice. What are you trying to achieve? Why don't you go and watch another video?

You shouldn't really address P!ATD because they probably won't cover Radiohead again and there's really no chance they will read this comment section.

  • i wonder how ryan does that guitar effect? if u listen closely then u know what i mean. btw, luv them 2 death!!!!!

  • If you're talking about the one at like 4:o6 all you do is mute the last four strings on the fourteenth fret I think. I didn't count the frets for it but I know it's really high on the guitar.

  • i mean the one ryan usually do right before they do camisado like at...3:30 thru 3:55

  • this song fits his voice perfect

  • i heard that and thought i HAVE to

    give radiohead a try!

radiohead's songs are so fricken genius,

if only the interpretation of singing by thom

    would appeal to me..

but his vocals annoy me through those great

    songs.

  • When Ryan Mouths, This Is What You'll Get

I Let Out A Big Smile, And Aww'd

  • me too

  • i just listened to the original version of karma police and i honestly have to say i like panic's vrsion better.

  • 1:15 ryan mouthing the words.lol.that made my day. pretty much my life.lol

  • that made me smile too

    ryan's just too adorable!!!!!

  • the better days of panic at the disco. they're still good now i just miss this sometimes...

  • This is a travesty

  • they awesome. even now. but i kinda miss how they were tho

  • My favorite song.. Fucked up by some popular pieces of shit.

  • fag!they rule!

  • Meh, opinions.

  • i like how ryan mouthed out "this is what you get " it made me smile

  • yeah in this he says "mess with us" in denver he says"fuck with us" lol

  • okay whoever thinks this is better than the original.... im just not gunna say anything

  • NOOOO MY FAVOURITE PART IS MUTED :(

  • that one was better tha RadioHead!!!

    awesome PATD!!!

  • I liked Brendon's voice better here...

Now it sounds too perfect, too smooth. I like it when there is mistakes and cracks and all that jazz. It makes it more real for me I guess...

  • Good job on the autotune there Panic. At least Thom is a good enough singer not to rely on technology to save him when playing live.

  • this isnt autotuned.. you can tell because when he sings it in Denver it sounds different to how it sounds now.

Just because Brendon's voice is perfect doesn't mean it's faked. He really is just that good.

  • 1.18

    O_O

oh my god ! what a beautiful smileeeeee *-*

  • as if he pulled of that top note in camisado! listening to this actualy makes me sad knowing that i will never see panic! live doing their old stuff :( it was so good!

  • I know what you mean. They were really unique, and they looked cool. And now they just wear regular clothes. They also don't act the same on stage anymore. Oh well they're still good.

  • XD Ryan has that look on his face that says "Put down my guitar or I'll kill you!"

  • holy freakin shiat! i love how @ 1:16 Ryan mouths the words! ahh ilhim...

  • Brendon isn't bad at all, considering its live and that. Thom is also very amazing.

I think they did it justice, I enjoy the Panic cover.

  • Ynnekdude just shut up please

jeez i mean if you compare it BRENDON URIE is doing it LIVE & te radiohead version is fixed ohk? so OBVIOUSLY without a doubt brendons is soo much better .. but thats my opinion

  • Radiohead also does this song live, seeing that it's their fucking song you twat. Thom's voice isn't "fixed" ohk!?

  • Uh, I like PATD and I like this cover but....

Hell no is Brendon's voice better then Thom's. Never in a million years. I love Panic but Radiohead will always be a better band, vocally, lyrically, and well, musically. No doubt about that.

  • meh. i'm not a huge panic fan...

and some songs and/or bands just should not be covered.

alas, they just don't have any where close to the emotion that thom and radiohead have...

nice try though. and i always appreciate a cover because it at least shows that they respect and enjoy a band or artist enough to cover their song.

  • 2:07 to 2:10 no sound

  • he say fuck there and they block it out

  • wtf, i love radiohead, but i reckon patd's cover is amazing, i reckon radiohead would be proud of the cover

  • Way to ruin a beautiful song...

  • I think this is a really good cover, i love brendons voice, and if you dont like it watch the raidiohead version

  • This is actually a really good cover... Ryho = <3!

  • Good lord. Don't watch it if you don't like it. Why does everyone feel the need to leave nasty comments? If they want to do the cover, let them do it. You don't have to like it. For everyone who thinks he sings badly, go watch the version from Denver. It's much better, admittedly.

  • 1:17 <3 Love this, and Bden's high note x)

  • What makes you think that some PATD fans don't already listen to Radiohead?

Seriously, everyone. Radiohead is an EXTREMELY famous and popular bad. A lot of people listen to them, including people who are also PATD fans.

  • 20centjes u r correct, not much like original but its still really goodcover lol

  • lolz BRENDON IS A GREAT LIVE SINGER ITS JUST THIS SONG ISNT EXACTLY PANIC!AT THE DISCO ITS MORE SLOWISH ROCK BLUES BUT PANIC!AT THE DISCO ARE MORE ROCKISH EMOISH BUT NOT SO MUCH EMO

  • lol, and the original doesn't sing bad?

if we're comparing voices here, Brendon's is much, much better.

  • you think Thom sings bad????

well, you just lost any and all credibility.

brendon gives it a good go but he cant musically touch Thom Yorke.

  • Agreed, Rottenlove420.

  • man brendon did it much better than Tom...

    belive it or not...

    awesome PATD!!!

  • you mean THOM?

    and no, he didn't.

    nice try tho.
