I've had many UFO encounters, but I'd have to say those are Chinese lanterns. They're all moving together (like in the wind) with a dull orange glow (like from a candle). Keep looking though.

The movements of the objects don't seem out of the ordinary. What I think it is, is someone released balloons with glowsticks inside of them... it gives pretty much the same effect, cause I tried it once with a black Helium balloon at night in the summer. I filled it up with diff color glowsticks, and I taped some on the side of the balloon too.. and I let it go. And you could see it for a while. It looked close to this, so there's a better chance it's something like that, than ETs.
