  • I know feeling start in oct first bill was $420.00 each month sum get wrost only post be $ 164 a month having seen that yet this it was 378.00 why so much sprint told was new chargers now so sprint suck going to new company without high bills .

    I have had my phone replaced 5 times in a 6 month period of time driving 30 miles to the nearest store each way. after the 5th time of replacing the same crappy phone I learned that all the phones were what they called"REFURBISHED" It was at that point I got extremely upset and told him that I suspect the first "new phone" was also "REFURBISHED" at that point the customer service rep just laughed and said all companies do this practice. HE DIDNT DENEY IT!

I got a bill today for charging me for two months worth of service and a thank you letter for enrolling in total equipment protection something that I did not ask for and it will coast me an additional 7 bucks a month!

The total was around 500 bucks. after spending 4 hours on the phone being transferred numerous times they concluded that they would not drop the charges until I threatened to terminate my contract. SPRINT= LIARS, THAT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

  • everything you said in this video basically happened to me too. i hate sprint with a passion. i got 5 replacements on one phone that i had for a year. 5 replacements in one year should not happen. if it does, they should be more helpful about it. their customer service sucks. so glad im done with them.

  • YOu lasted 4 months ? LMAO I switched to sprint nextel and went back to my old carrier 6 days later. It was a total 6 day fucken nightmare. One dropped call after another , having to walk around the house from room to room to get a signal so I could send or reply to a text. When you call their customer service they act like your bothering them. I only used their service for 6 days and after 6 months they're still saying I owe them $137.00 , I told them if you think it's worth it sue me

  • I have the Blackberry from Boost Mobile, it runs on Sprints's CDMA network, no problems.

  • I am going through a similiar experience with Sprint/Nextel that began in 2009 and is continuing presently 2010. I contacted FCC and Consumer Protection in Montgomery County, MD and am still awaiting a response. This is one of the worst of the worst cell phone services, dropped calls, broken promises, padding bill, battery not staying charged and games they play the list goes on and on. I understand your frustrations and Sprint/Nextel seems to care less.

  • Wow ok, so your mad cause you payment was returned. Explaintion- you had no money in the BANK and it was RETURNED. Second and only other issue- you returned a phone after 30 days. Your contract is valid after 30 days and is subjected to a ETF charge. Read your contract before signing, its your fault that you didnt. And those re the only reason you can say they suck? Wow horrible vid i must say thinks for wasting the last 3:02 of my life!

  • That's because your credit/debit card payment FAILED dumbass, check your expiration date dork!! Sending your phone back after the buyers remorse period would charge you an early termination fee because you broke contract, I'm sure you totally understand what a breech of contract is lady!   • I really understand your situation... i recently ported my phone number over to Sprint and established a new line with them. I am really having a great deal of trouble dealing with them... but I must say that people were responsive when they saw that I would not back down and that I was correct about my concerns. I am in a wait and see mode about how this goes but I am willing to give them a real chance even though they have blown the first impression.

Imagine i have been with sprint for 8 years and im not happy. we went to cancel the contract after 13 days and they didnt let us leave. every month we call and try to get out of their stupid contract and they lock us to it. this month they charged us 1000 for text messaging we have never done because we dont know how. i spent 8 hours on the phone with them last month and im sick and tired. today im paying the 200 bucks and getting my family 4 iphones from at&t!!!!

  • Then again, Sprint has been firing all the dumb reps. Sprint has a dedicated location that monitor 80% of the calls and will get in our ass if we do not provide Customer care. I do care for my customers and in my opinion, Sprint Is not as bad as some people say it is. Most cases are cause because of bad reps which have probably lost there jobs by now or people that just dont like paying there bill until they get restricted and pretend that they are the innocent ones.

  • You were charged a 200 dollar cancellation fee because you signed a 2 year contract for the second line. You cancelled before the 2 years so you were charged the 200 bucks for early termination, which was in the contract that you signed. so if I go sign a contract with any company or individual and default on it, I shouldn't be held accountable for it? that makes no sence. they were well within their rights to charge you that fee just as you were well within you rights to enter into a contract.

    Yes, I agree if you are with Sprint and you are using their CDMA service...SWITCH THE FUCK TO VERIZON, THEY RULE! However, if you are with Sprint and you're using their iDEN service (walkie-talkie) DON'T SWITCH! Sprint/Nextel's iDEN is the best in town because it has its own network (iDEN) unlike Verizon and AT&T's push-to-talk which uses the same CDMA (Verizon) and GSM (AT&T) networks as their voice & data users.

    YES Sprint DOES suck, but they don't suck as a whole. Their CDMA service sucks, which, essentially is Sprint. Their iDEN service is the best around, which, essentially is Nextel. I agree the new merged company was a bad idea, but Nextel and Sprint still operate seprately so you have to focus your hatred towards the CDMA division of Sprint/Nextel, not the iDEN part because Nextel mastered that waaaay before they were bought out by Sprint....

    I have a razr v3m which is a horrible phone that decides to not work. I went to the sprint store to say that it doesnt work and i would have to pay $55.00 to get a new razr v3m, which i do not want because im done with this phone i want a new one. They checked it out and said basically that sprints service is bad its not the phone that is bad. I have to wait 3 months to get a new phone other wise i have to pay the full price for a phone, which is around $300 or $400. SPRINT SUCKS!!!!!

  • You switched to sprint becuase you have no money and sprint has the cheapest plans out. Only nextel(iden) not sprint(cdma) offer two lines on one phone you can't return a 2nd line if it's not compatible on your phone, the system won't even let you put it in. I have several bad experiences I have been trying to get a person to answer a simple question about why they sent my new phone without the mail-in rebate and charges.  I am actually scared to start this phone up because I have not proof of the things we discussed over the phone. I had to call 4 times and was hung up on twice and put through to a voice mail once. I have 3 children and have been dealing with this for over an hour. This is very upsetting.

  • I've had sprint for about six or more months and I NEVER go over my minutes. I have unlimited text and I mainly use my phone after 7. I don't get on the internet with my blackberry pearl because I removed the blackberry pack which included internet. My bill should have been only $49, but they charged me an extra $75 for "data". How can I be charged for data usage if I never send/receive pictures or go online? My bill has NEVER been 49 dollars BECAUSE of little "hidden" charges. WTF

  • well i have had sprint for 4 years now. and had nextel befor they merged. and i have NEVER had any problems. pay my bill via phone when i get it in the mail on the same day. i have the ic902 power source phone with the talk/message/direct connect plan with 450 min. i love their coverage and there service here anyways at the store down the road is great. i didnt even have a protective plan and they hooked me up when i killed my old i880

  • okay, well first, how long did you have the second line before you cancelled it? because you have a 30 day trial period, after that, there would be and ETF (Early Termination Fee). if it was before 30 days, it would have been a glitch. as for your payments, it sounds like you are doing check over phone? whether it is that or your bank card, there sometimes are errors in the system that cannot be explained, but in the case you are describing, we are suppossed to waive late charges.

  • READ BELOW.. Yes! they said my order had been already shipped (I placed it just about half an hour earlier) And it couldn't be cancelled. So I had to get the package and return it, the package took like 1 1/2 weeks and I had to call to get a shipping label since I couldn't refuse it and they held me for about 3 hours on the phone. I finally got the other phone and got it activated but they still haven't refunded my credit card. IT'S A PAIN!!!!!

  • READ BELOW FIRST... anyway, since they took so long I bought a sprint phone of ebay, when I tried to activate it, it obviously was impossible from the "easy online feature" I had to call and they said that my account was in the old system and I had to call in 2 hours, then they said, 2 days. I returned the phone and bought one from them, and the ebay seller said he was going to do a replacement and since it was cheaper I called sprint and cancelled the order but you know what they did??

  • Sprint DOES SUCK, I can tell from experience it is the must frustrating thing to call costumer service. It all started when I wanted to buy a new phone, and they had one as a "web special" but for some reason I could not do it online. I spent days trying to but it was impossible. Called costumer services hundreds of times and they did nothing. Finally they decided to help me getting me the phone through the phone with the web special.......

  • i forgot to tell you, when you add a second line on the account and cancel it for any reason before 30 days there are a early termination fee of $200 i know there is much money but when you open a second line you make an agrement and you have to respect it, anyway if you need another service you can call to cust care *2 or 1 888 211 4727 and ask for a supervisor but you have to ask for it 2 times at the second time there are going to transfer you to the supervisors line.

  • let me to recommend something to the sprint users, believe me if you use accidently the data services without a unlimited data plan or download stuff from sprint store, all are charged. Almost all the customers said that they never used it but is not true. The issues with the bills and additional charges are because the user doesn´t know how use the service, please make us a favor. always request your additional services blocked to prevent this kind of issues. we are to serve you. by sprint rep

  • The very first cell phone company I delt with was Sprint which was about 4 years ago. After getting bent over the table by them several times during the first three months of service I decided to go on the "vacation plan" until my contract expired at which point in time I terminated my service with Sprint. I now use Verizon and although it is slightly more money than Sprint/Nextel I have no complaints.

  • I own 2 Benz's, my own profitable company and I would NEVER go a day running my business without Sprint/Nextel. Sprint saved me over $15,000/year because of their fleet management and GPS solutions (Verizon has close to none by the way). I'll keep riding my benz's, you stick with Verizon- I'm glad you're happy! Sprint is how local and federal agencies get business done as well as most fortune 500 companies. I'll NEVER leave them!

  • I have been with Sprint close to 10 years. Yes, I have had my issues but that is common today. Sprint has gone out of it's way to assist my needs when requested if it on the phone, email, live chat and in the stores. No one is perfect and Sprint is going through a growing pain. Hesse brings experience and hopefully enough patience to work the 3rd Largest in the US to AT&T and Verizon status once again.

  • I was paying Sprint for $95 per month for total 7 months coz' I'm tired of calling the shitty employees everyday that wouldn't do anything to assist you and not to let them hurt my credit. I was forced to use T-Mobile paid phone since then. Some employees are extremely rude, and brushed you off without even trying to listen (you can tell from their voice tones). Again, think twice before signing up with Sprint. Bad company.

  • Sprint is pulling the same scheme of selling their business programs to retailers. They solicit retailers to resell their services and products but doesn't deliver their end of services. For example, they don't pay commission but, goes far out of line in collecting their payments. False representations.

  • I always advise sprint users to be VERY familiar with their services. For example, almost all of the Sprint phones are internet capable and without an unlimited internet access (PowerVision), casual data charges apply. Same thing goes for sms (text messaging). Another example in the unlimited nigghts ang weekeds, they dont work while you're in roaming. I do advise customers to browse through their bill carefully especially on the extra charges.

  • you can actually have your bill automatically paid using your credit card. you can do this with a customer service rep or do it online at the sprint/nextel website. just remember that autopayments shall be charged against your credit card on the due date of the bill. For accounts with spending limits, please keep your running balance (billed balance plus all charges incurred in the current billing cycle)below the designated ASL.

  • Having an automatic incorrect payment is the worst thing you can do. They rarely give you BACK your money.

  • I know you posted this video a long time ago and you no longer have your second line w/ Sprint but could you explain a little more what you were going through and what you were trying to do exactly? Also, what Treo model do you have?

  • I have a Treo 700W. I set up the second line so I could have a smaller phone for when I go biking or don't really need e-mail. I was told that my Treo could be used as a primary line and the second would be a family plan line. No such thing. Treo doesn't work with regular phone as family line. Must be separate. Customer service lied.

  • Are you trying to forward calls from one line to the other? I'm still very confused as to what your situation is. I don't work in Customer Service, lol.

  • Do you have Sprint? Why would I forward calls? It's the billing that doesn't work. You are charged for 2 separate lines (over %150.00 rather than a family plan if you have a Treo.
