  • I'm surprised he still alive for telling the truth. Sad, but true!

  • It's obvious to me that a large percent of the black race like living this sort of poverty life. They glorify it in their music, their movies, and the way they act in general. Now I'm sure I will be called a racist but these are the facts. They choose to live like animals then blame the whites for their problems.

  • The shadow gov't and the evil CIA were already watching JFK, MLK, Malcolm. They didn't want blacks coming together in unity, and becoming educated rising against the system. No they wanted us fighting endless pointless wars, killing ourselves. They didn't want us integrating into public schools where whites got all the resources for a quality education. The shadow government gets people to destroy themselves, using psychological warfare. Malcolm was killed for telling the truth, and many others.

  • Interesting during the civil rights movement everything blacks were doing was unified and all about empowering oneself. Then drugs flooded our communities out of no where, and a illegal war called Vietnam was perpetrated. Our gov't admittedly is on record saying we started it, during the Gulf of Tonkin incident. Just ask JFK's secretary of defense Robert S. McNamara. There were black ops drug trafficking smuggling operations going on, and those drugs infiltrated black communities.

  • What a scatter brain.

  • I was born on the reservation in North Dakota. I am Sioux. I have a Masters in Economics. I believe first I am an American and that anyone that tries to put me into the category "minority" is creating great damage to my people. The "minority" label gives people an excuse for failure and it is unfair and inaccurate. There will always be people that believe they are superior because they are "white" but I don't know them, have no respect for them and they cannot hurt me as a person.

  • Why does he blame the govt? We do almost everything to help, we put fortunes into inner city schools. I think the sollution is more simple put the statistics in the paper for a long period of time. Make them afraid or humilated against killing.

  • He doens't mean black men, he means niggers. All niggers are black, but not all blacks are niggers.

  • @publicenemy328 exactly, there is a war on. Blacks vs Nigs

  • Racism should make us [African-Americans] love one another, not disrespect or murder each other. ~James Goodwin

On this day, I will choose one likely African-American, and begin the long process of forging an alliance based on trust. Or I will take an African-American I am begining to trust and suggest we get together over coffee. ~Black Pearls

  • Wow the power and control of whites over blacks is absolute and they confirm it by blaming every aspect of their failures on whites. Maybe they are right after all - they are helpless to do anything for themselves.

  • Cosby just wants African Americans to take more responsibility for themselves instead of CONSTANTLY looking to other people to solve their problems.

  • @darthtalon1984

"Blacks who marry Whites have a slave mentality and do not want freedom."

    Extremely racist statement.

People have a right to marry who they please, regardless of race.

  • @darthtalon1984 Your degree in what? Racism? and from what institution? the kkk school of education...and it is you who cares. Here you are watching a show concerning black issues. You would think black issues would be the last thing you would be watching. Why arent you on a neo nazi or skinhead page? there are plenty of like minded folks who would love to hear your opinions.. but I for one dont agree with racism (both white and black racists can go to hell) fuck both shamir shabazz and you.

  • @darthtalon1984 Why are you responding yourself dipshit. By the way, you sure spend alot of time thinking and obssesing about black men. You must be poor white trash. You have no money, power or influence. Rich whites have better things to do. (Case in point most whites dont even know who Shamir Shabazz is) And by the way Saying nigger and that I have self hate means zilch coming from a degenerate like you. .I really dont give a fuck..You dont control shit anyway..

  • @darthtalon1984 Dont you have something better to do than to bitch about what black people are doing. And no I dont have self hate you idiot. You dont know anything about me. And I dont care if you think I am a nigger. I dont need your approval or validation. So go fuck yourself

  • @darthtalon1984 You are stil racist.Even if black people are screwed up, that doesn excuse prejudice.. just stay away from me when I am with my white girlfriend okay

  • (CONT) So why do so many blacks think there is something wrong if another black is UNAWARE. of the sexual behavior of 40million other blacks. Which most likely well over 90% you dont know personally? How are we supposed to keep up with 40million other blacks and their sexual behavior? Are we all supposed to make 40million phone calls each night to check on one another to see who is having sex out of wedlock?

  • (CONT) they obviously arent judging me by the "CONTENT OF MY CHARACTER". They are obviously judging me by their own bigoted view they have of others with their same skin color. Why do so many blacks like Cosby think if another black has a child out of wedlock it is their business even if you dont know that other black person? Palin was UNAWARE of her own daughter having a child out of wedlock.(CONT)

  • Im black and Im not born out of wedlock and I dont have children out of wedlock. I am educated and I live a middle class lifestyle. I find blacks like Cosby to be just as bigoted to other blacks as any white person that is white supremacist. Why do blacks who think like Cosby accuse people like me of not being able to deal with the truth about myself? When what they are saying about me isnt true.(CONT)

  • @darthtalon1984 I don't know exactly, but I once asked Her how things were back then in Korea in the 60's. She told me nobody said anything, but I know it wasn't a common thing in Korea that's for sure.

  • The thing i dont understand is this, ppl get mad at rappers because of there lifestyle whether if they are white/black/latino/asian when ppl forget that these rappers are entertainers. they do the stuff they do for entertainment, which means that its not necessarily real. But thats the part some black children fail to get, Lil Wayne/ JayZ/ Kanye are entertainers. They spit a verse and go home to a mansion and with money( millions) in the bank, there not trying to be role models at all.

  • @darthtalon1984 I got to admit your honestly is well respected Brother! Coming from my background I've seen my mother state her preferences about Her own race that shocked me & my father had His too. Were humans & I know blacks who feel the same way about about a white guy dating a black woman. I personally don't see no problems with you being against it & that's why we have are own lives etc. I think whites & blacks dating will always make someone uncomfortable somewhere, on either side. True

  • We didn't choose what race, what sex, or what being we were going to be. Life's a mystery. We all are on this planet together so are we not supposed to interact? Its impossible. In my opinion we are better off for interacting, but to me our origins kind of set us up for confrontation. Our languages are different, we look different, have distinct features, & some of us adapt better than others in nature. That's why I believe were missing a major part of human history, cause we don't have answers.

  • @darthtalon1984 I'm mixed myself, but its was a blessing in disguise honestly. I'm 33 years old now, & my Father was Black. He also was a green beret in Vietnam, & my mother was a north Korean woman who lived in a terrible communist country. She fled to south Korea, but almost got killed for fleeing during the Korean War. I grew up in America seeing whites & blacks had issues. Honestly I personally never cared about color. I've seen how it is from 2 perspectives, & still don't see why we fight.

  • I read the comments before I listen to Bill. First, there are enough Blacks who has paved the way to many to be successful through education who lived in poor neighborhoods with drugs, liquor stores, gangs, etc, etc. So there's no excuse on that aspect. People copying what MLK said a long time ago shows me nothing. You have to be proactive in your life in order to be successful. What does it take for Blacks in order to get the word through? From Lil Wayne? Or from Bill who has life experience.

  • There's no excuses for whites, blacks, spanish, asians, or anybody. Ask yourself who starts & benefits from these wars? Not blacks, asians, spanish, but whites do. Blacks don't smuggle drugs into the US, we dont make guns, we don't own the manufacturing industries building the tanks, fighter planes, but who does. If you follow the money it always leads to powerful Elites that happen to be of the white race. Honestly no race gives a shit, its about money, power, control, & lies.

  • (CONT)"If one is rejected because he speaks with an accent, he can at least, if he desires, work to bring his speech in line with the dominant group. If, however, one is rejected because of his color, he must face the anguishing fact that he is being rejected because of something in himself that cannot be changed. All prejudice is evil, but the prejudice that rejects a man because of the color of his skin is the most despicable expression of man’s inhumanity to man." -MLK

  • "Every Negro comes face to face with this color shock, and it constitutes a major emotional crisis. It is accompanied by a sort of fatiguing, wearisome hopelessness. If one is rejected because he is uneducated, he can at least be consoled by the fact that it may be possible for him to get an education. If one is rejected because he is low on the economic ladder, he can at least dream of the day that he will rise from his dungeon of economic deprivation".(CONT) -MLK

  • "Being a Negro in America means not only living with the consequences of a past of slavery and family disorganization, but facing this very day the pangs of “color shock.” Because the society, with unmitigated cruelty, has made the Negro’s color anathema, every Negro child suffers a traumatic emotional burden when he encounters the reality of his black skin.” -MLK

  • (CONT)"These questioners refuse to see that the situation of other immigrant groups a hundred years ago and the situation of the Negro today cannot be usefully compared…Other immigrant groups came to America with language and economic handicaps, but not with the stigma of color. Above all, no other ethnic group has been a slave on American soil, and no other group has had its family structure deliberately torn apart. This is the rub." -MLK answer to the people who compared blacks to others.

  • "Being a Negro in America means being scarred by a history of slavery and family disorganization. Negroes have grown accustomed now to hearing unfeeling and insensitive whites say: “Other immigrant groups such as the Irish, the Jews and the Italians started out with similar handicaps, and yet they made it. Why haven’t the Negroes done the same?” (CONT) -MLK

  • @rashadkijani yessssss

  • On a personal level, racism cannot be an excuse for us not to pursue our dreams and make wholesome choices for our lives. When there are those who would lock us up, send us off, or reduce us with every opportunity, we have more reason to strengthen our community, to love and support each other. ~excerpts from Black Pearls

  • Racism should make us {African-Americans} love one another, not disrespect or murder each other. ~James Goodwin

This former gang-leader-turned-repertory-theater-director points out that “we have to take some of the responsibility and blame” for our problems. Sure, racism exists, but we hurt ourselves if we use it to absolve ourselves for our own destructive actions. ~excerpts from Black Pearls

  • @littleblackvillage YOU ARE AMERICAN not AFRICAN,ASIAN,HISPANIC OR EUROPEAN JUST AMERICAN

  • They don't WANT a better job or education, because their parents, relatives, and peers don't VALUE those things.

Nobody is stopping black people from doing shit, "The Man" is not holding down the black man, THE BLACK MAN is holding down the black man!

Black Dad doesn't stick around, and thus, everything else. And whitey gets to be a grand wizard in the KKK for stating the obvious truth.

  • Truth. The revolution will not be televised.

  • This is one way to escape white reality focus on black issues and having Big Bill lead the way. .The statistic may be true but let us not forget the white hunter who has committed every act of genocide known to man .and still kills more people of color directly and indirect to this very day. Some of us know about the covert operations and the scientific experiments being perform in the black neighborhoods. Yet we take out the dumb dumb card of I don't know why they do what they do. . .

  • Not all blacks stood up for civil rights.Just like every group that has been oppressed. Some fought back like MLK and Malcolm X. Others ran scared from the conflict, some numbed themselves to the struggle, others even threw other blacks under the bus to gain acceptance from their oppressors. From what Ive read Cosby was not willing to stand up like the MLK's of the world.

"There are many Negros who will never fight for freedom, but they will gladly accept it when it comes"-MLK

  • I love Bill Cosby. He is a good man with a message that all people should listen to.

  • That was a cop out to what he said in black theaters regarding "Come on People". The black elites have so eviscerated Cosby for daring to speak the truth, that he mumbles for 8 minutes about excerpts of the horrors in his book. What a God Damn Sham no one listened to him - his message is needed.

  • @carkrueger Who are the "black elites" that eviscerate Cosby? And what does a black person do to be considered a "black elite"?

  • There no excuse for any race to act crazy today, we need to really look at our society as a whole, seeing its dumb down getting worst everyday. Instead of fighting over race, religion, politics, we need to stop these wars that don't make sense, & kick out this stupid government. That fucks everything up

  • All of you talking about your issues with slavery. Just ask young black kids, no, I take that back. Ask ANY kids who Harriet Tubman was and I'll bet you dollars to donuts 90% will have no clue, so knock it off with the 'We were slaves' excuses.

  • All we need is liberty! If you're black fight for everyone's rights and you will be united with other people. If you fight for affirmative action then it will be on the backs of others that you gain and nothing will continue to change.

  • As a Jewish man African Americans need to grow up. Stop falling within yourselves. After the Holocaust we didn't sit around and whine all day. No instead we own majority of businesses industry.

Instead the African American population took pity upon themselves and put forth an image. Too intelligent? Man you White! Too rich? Man you wanna dem" Jew niggas! It's like you want to purposely hold back your race and that is something I will or anyone will ever understand.

  • Yes. Blame liberalism. I am from nigeria and we do not have the out of wedlock rates, prison rates and unemployment rates black americans do. I blame liberalism. If the govt doesnt give you a hand out you have to work at get it yourself. When things are given to you, you become lazy.

  • I think Bill Cosby is an incredible person and what he's saying is great. I do also think that until the human race as a whole evolves to a much greater level of intellect and spirituality, that racism will remain and at best be pushed back to an almost non-existent problem, that will require awareness and preventative maintenance. This will take a long time.. If it happens. I love God and am grateful for this existence, but if religion was wiped out, problems like this could be dealt with o

  • @Ayanna716 nigger

  • I truly respect Cosby as a comedian, and it's good he takes his fame and tries to make something good of it, but as researchsiempre says: he's stating the obvious, and doesn't come with any useful in-depth analysis, nor does he really offer a solution, other than the really obvious ones of taking matters into your own hands, education and no drugs. His intentions are good, but I can't see how you can turn to this man for solid guidance.

  • @KryzMasta If by offering a "solution" you mean a government solution, i think his very point is that this is not the problem. The only "solution" is for people to decide to be responsible, and that is up to them.

When Cosby was young, they didn't need Harvard intellectuals to propose "solutions" to know how to raise their kids to be respectable. That isn't even how it is accomplished, and it never has been accomplished that way.

  • We as Black People have forgotten who we truly are, when we finally got some rights then we got complacent. Stop being strong families and let our Society evils take us prisoners, from drugs, to crime, and our communities generally bad schools. We stood up for Civil Rights and sacrificed for a land that called us Animals. Slavery for 246 years was Hell, but Society wants us to forget it like magic. Scars like that show up later on and Society in general is too blame, its so dumb down today.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz ARE YOU CRAZY??? THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BLACK PERSON! YOU CALL YOURSELF "NIGGERS" YOU ENDORSE THE RAP AND COMEDY THAT CALL YOU NIGGERS.

"YOU ARE WORTHLESS NIGGERS" FOR CHRISTS SAKE STOP WINGING ABOUT EVERYTHING, GET OFF YOU BLACK ASSES AND GET A JOB!!

THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED OVERNIGHT IF ALL NIGGERS STOPPED WINGING AND ENDORSING THE NIGGER STYLE OF LIFE!

DONT DRESS LIKE MONKEYS 4 STARTERS,

    AND STOP WITH THE EXCUSES!

& YOUR NOT "BLACK PEOPLE" UR AFRICAN AMERICAN, IDIOT!

  • @VirusOfCyrus One of the dumbest replies ever, if you truly read my whole argument, I was only saying that (the slavery factor) has to be included in this conversation. Yeah I don't see slaves in America today, Ok lets say Whites or any other race were enslaved, for 246 years. it would be interesting how you all would of turned out, facing what Blacks endured. Having your Women raped constantly, possessing no human rights, hung, laboring nonstop, shot, whipped, put down, treated like animals..

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Ask young black kids who Harriet Tubman was. I'll bet you get a 90% 'Who cares' or 'I dunno' or 'Whos that bitch?'

  • @Winterstick549 True! Yeah it was something that happened long ago, and most probably don't care no more. The comment I left on this video was just my opinion on this matter, to me our government did this and now their complaining. You can't treat People like animals, then be surprised when they behave that way. I was just widening the context, that sad history we all hate is relevant to this video. We treat animals today better than we treated Humans beings with darker skin, way back when.

  • Comment removed

  • @VirusOfCyrus This isn't nobody fault except the government's, who participated in this slave trade. Fact: Most Blacks didn't come here on Slave ships so lets get that straight right now. Don't get mad at me, blame your Government my Friend. Their the ones who created this problem, but now their complaining about it? ..You reap what you sow!

  • @VirusOfCyrus lol you are a dumbass. its a shame that there are a lot of other dummies that think like you too.

  • @VirusOfCyrus YOUR NOT "BLACK PEOPLE" UR AFRICAN AMERICAN, IDIOT

What do you mean by that, they are blacks, not african-american. Why would you belive in hyphenated americans? Odd comment.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz SLAVERY??? GET OVER IT!! WHITE PEOPLE WERE USED AS SLAVES TOO IDIOT! BUT THEY GET OVER IT AND STOP USING IT AS AN EXCUSE!

U WERENT EVER A SLAVE!! THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A BLACK SLAVE OR ANY SLAVE FOR THAT MATTER IN AMERICA, YOUR PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GIVEN EVERY OPPORTUNITY THAT WHITE PEOPLE AND THEN SOME! YOU ARE MORE PRIVELLIGED THAT THE WHITE PEOPLE!

YOU WERE NEVER A SLAVE & U DONT KNOW ANY SLAVES, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH U!

WHAT ABOUT THE 5 MILLION JEWS KILLED? GROW UP LAZY!

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Oh shut up! Shut up you complete idiot! 60 or so years ago Jews were being slaughtered by the Nazis. Our people have no more excuses.

  • @EarlRegent You didn't read every reply or comment I left obviously. You should save your comments & anger for the government. The Nazis never were wiped out you idiot, our government seized all their top Scientists, Engineers, Experts, etc. The Bush Family made a lot of money off Holocaust slave labor, its a fact learn history first. Pointing fingers at blacks only is unfair, considering Rich white Elites has started every war that has killed millions, yet billions of lives over bullshit.

  • @EarlRegent Your wrong! There's no excuses for whites, blacks, spanish, asians, or anybody. Ask yourself who benefits from these wars? Not blacks, asians, spanish, but whites do. Blacks don't smuggle drugs into the US, we dont make guns, we don't own the manufacturing industries building the tanks, fighter planes, but who does. If you follow the money it always leads to powerful Elites that happen to be of the white race. Honestly no race gives a shit, its about money, power, control, & lies.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Well Said! When we are clear about our priorties, secure in our identity, and committed to our goals, we can achieve our dreams. Bigotry belongs to others, the more we focus on it the more it becomes ours, too. We need to find ways to deal with the insensitivity of others so that we can accomplish what we set out to do without spontaneously combusting years down the line.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Yeah well i dont have a JEWISH HISTORY MONTH SO STFU!!!!

  • @usterdboy First of all what a retarded comment you made, seriously you should pick up a book, or do some research to learn your Jewish history. Why wait for your government to proclaim a month for Jewish history? Your fault, fuck the government.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Retarted comment i made you stupid fuck. YOU THINK BLACK PEOPLE WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAD IT ROUGH? Get over it you never had to pick cotton nor get attacked by dogs from racist in the south. You play it like you were the fucking slave guess what you weren't and never will be. Africans never were sought out to be eliminated of the face of this planet nor have have his whole race thrown into slavery. I was making the point that none of us face the challenges that once was

  • Comment removed

  • @usterdboy Your wrong about true history! People of color had all the knowledge of the stars, mathematics, secret technology, spiritual, etc, before the the Europeans did. Its interesting how current history books claim these People were savages, primitive, & uncivilized. Christianity has a sad history in these as well, cause when Rome took it over. They destroyed many People's belief systems like the Mayans, the Aztecs, the Incas.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz that all of us in America has seen Martin Luther dream come true and propitiating race only brings us all back to the challenges we have all over come. WE ARE AMERICANS NOT ANYTHING MORE BUT AMERICANS AND SHOULD BE SEEN THAT WAY.

  • @usterdboy Blacks or people of color will always have it tough. Sadly, this world is geared towards lighter skin People. Just look at TV, or any top positions of power, or in the dictionary under white or black. Even religion gives People of color a bad wrap, cause Jesus is depicted as a white man. Its amazing how nobody sees these things work against us. When whites go on shooting rampages, or blow up buildings like Oklahoma, & start unjust wars. They aren't painted as terrorists, but we are!

  • @SwaggerLikeUz God dude i dont what generation your from, but i can tell you my generation does not give a shit what color you are only your character "asshole dont get any respect from me nor anyone else". To say black people well always have a harder time in this country is just a illusion "it is how hard you work for what you want man" Look at Obama or Hermen Cain i promise you they were old enough to actually see legitimate racism in there pursuit to become what they are today.

  • @usterdboy Its funny how you say you don't care about race. I never ever did, but the way you used fouled language in previous comments says otherwise. I'm actually mixed and when I see something that isn't true I will always offer my opinion. I'm 33 yrs old and seen bits of racism, and it was ugly to watch. Growing up being mixed In a society that has unresolved racial issues was an education you can't get in school. You reap what you sew, & karma comes back sometimes. Ask the gov't.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz using words like fuck, shit, and whatever else you want to come up with is not racism. You know what racism is right?

  • @SwaggerLikeUz I am saying everyone in AMERICA should no longer to split up by race for some vote or some government program we all should just be label as AMERICAN. God knows that my family and millions of other have been here for generation upon generations "my family can be stretch back to the civil war". We all have been here so long, adapted to the land and changed by the culture that in today's world we have no tie back to whatever land that are ancestors come from. WE ARE AMERICAN.

  • @usterdboy Yeah we all should be labeled as American, but how can you say that when our government still oppresses People of color for no reason. There's racial profiling that's policy, Black candidates getting death threats still to this day, Natives who live on reservations when they were here first, Spanish Americans who our asked if their US citizens, Muslim Americans feeling like they don't belong here, cause they are unfairly labeled as terrorists. I agree with you, but that's a fantasy.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz See the old generations are still in power. When are generation comes to power"which we are currently be educated in collages and other areas" we can simple change the thought process. they grew up in the 60's 70's and many of them can't get over that thought process of people being group by race. I grew up in the 90's and early 2000's and i can say that we dont have that train of thought. It is just a matter of time until we come into official roles in this country.

  • Just as you saying the same thing as i am the rest "im guessing you are in same generation as i am" of us are saying it to. The only thing stopping us is that we are not of age to dramatically change thought in Washington. Their will always be racist people in the world, but over time "as we can see now through the history books" it will continue to become a smaller group of people. Native American living on reservation are not forced to live on that land but they have a choice to.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Of course whites are called terrorists when they blow up buildings. Do your research: McVeigh was tried as a domestic terrorist and convicted as a terrorist. Don't let your "oh woe is me" mentality cause you to distort history. And Jesus, by the way, may be depicted as a white man in your world, but if you pay attention to the very many black people who have had black Jesus' in their homes and churches for decades, you'll see that things are not as you say.

  • @Bushmagus When I said "Jesus was depicted as a white man" I was making a point. That throughout history the white race has looked down upon non-whites. Don't blame me that's our history, whites wrote all the dictionaries. No wonder definitions of words like "black" are unfairly defined as evil, etc. Who wrote the bible? No wonder that messiah is depicted as white. Anybody else was inferior to the white man. Look at slavery. White men counted a black human being as 3/5 of a person!

  • @Bushmagus I made it clear in previous comments no race is exempt, cause we all are sinners. Remember Africans, Latinos, Asians, or Natives never invented the gun. We also didn't invent the most powerful weapon ever, the Atomic Bomb. We don't own the factories building the tanks, jets, helicopters, etc. We don't own the major banks helping the drug kingpins hide money like BankofAmerica, Chase, etc. We didn't start the major wars in history killing billions over lies and power.

  • @Bushmagus Actually if you do research on McVeigh its leads back to our shadow government having something to do with it. How do drills mirroring the same attacks happen on 911, Oklahoma fed building, and the London train stations. Race never mattered to me, actually I'm a mixed person. One thing life has taught me is were souls first. Were all going to die, and life is too short to fight over race. When none of us had a choice concerning what race/sex/class we were born into. peace

  • This country is has a sad history that coming back to haunt it. At one time it was illegal for a black person to read, and if you picked up a book you could be hung. Then look at the environments most minorities live in, theres liquor stores, pawn shops with guns, drug dealers, prostitutes, etc. Slavery was for 200 yrs and that has long term effects so this goes deeper. Bill Cosby is right. However Blacks don't smuggle the Drugs or Guns into these communities. And Bad Schools dont help too

  • @SwaggerLikeUz You keep talking about Slavery as if you've been there. While i actually do think that the United States treats it like it was nothing, i also think that there should be a time when you have to "Move on". It's not forgotten, but talking about it as if it still impacts your life is just stupid.

  • @YoungZer0 Something that went on for 246 years is very relevant to this video, its about why African Americans are in these statistics, you Idiot. Do you know it used to be illegal for a Black People to read? Even to be educated, but your acting like thats not relevant? Learn real History before you make naive replies, hundreds of years a oppression has lasting effects. Yeah its a new era, and most Blacks weren't brought here on slaves ships either.

  • @SwaggerLikeUz Wow, i just asked you one thing, you replied with a lot of stuff, but didn't even answer that one question. Did you experience slavery first hand? Of course not. Did some of your family experience it? If not, how is this your problem? It isn't. So don't dare using it as an excuse. Slavery has nothing to do with todays problem.

He who keeps looking at the past has no future. It's that simple.

  • @YoungZer0 I'm not making up an excuse for anything today. The point i'm trying to make is if Slavery never happened, you wouldn't see a lot of these statistics today. Theres Generations affected by this, yeah me & U both weren't even born then. Look at the Civil Rights movement, Blacks were together, had tight Families, then Drugs flooded the Black communites, destroying the fabric of that foundation. Black People don't own the resources for importing Drugs, the Gov't does.

  • @YoungZer0 Evil is not limited to a race, and I hate seeing Blacks myself always going to jail, caught with drugs, dropping out of school, and not taking care of their kids. My Father was a Black Man, who left me at age 10. This is not about blaming Whites, no, this is about stuff that shouldn't of happened. Being Black your at a disadvantage in Society, your saying its the past, however racial profiling still goes on, you can't catch a cab at times, call 911 and nobody shows up, etc.

  • @YoungZer0 I'm a Bi-Racial Person, so how is it I have something against Whites or anybody else. Its a blessing being mix, cause I've seen first hand how different race groups, are the same. All I was saying is this didn't happened by itself, and thats just the truth. I wonder how Whites would be if they were enslaved for hundreds of years in America, hung, jailed for reading, forbidden to drink out of certain fountains, forced to fight the Civil War with no rights, called bad names?

  • Comment removed

  • @YoungZer0 Blacks were at a disadvantage since the beginning of America, we couldn't live in the good neighborhoods since we weren't permitted there. Forced to live in terrible areas, jailed for no reason, even pictures of Jesus appear as a White Man, are Texts Books describe Black as evil, or not good. That crazy, but you think I got a problem for just telling the truth. You reap what you sow, this Government created this mess, but now they want to complain about it. Blame them, not me.

  • @YoungZer0 Yeah it still impacts my Life, cause Racial Profiles is real and legal. I wonder if you would be saying this if you were an Arab at an Airport, or a Black College Student in you car listening to Rap Music, and your windows are tented? I've been stopped for nothing, I'm from small town in Texas and i'm 33 years old. I've seen stuff believe me, but who cares. We just had the first Black President ever in America, after all that time. He got constant death threats too, it impacts!

  • Well I challange any & all to view "Race, Class, and Opportunity with John Powell (ALL PARTS) and then look at "Structural Racism: The Role of Race in Public Policy" right here on youtube for that answer. You'll discern that the problem of race has been systemic and institutional for years. The problem is, in order to decode who is calling the shots, you have to dig deep and most do not want to do that!!

  • we need more Bill Cosby like minded people

  • Bill Cosby loves Black people. the truth hurts, though, so some call him a race traitor. I wish Bill Cosby and Michael Dyson would squash their beef and unite

  • I wish more people would look to people like Dr. Cosby as a role model.

  • I'm black and I'm with Cosby on this one.

  • @AntiTrollGoesSmack

interesting point but let me ask you this did you consider Jesus a leader? Oh, I am not going to get super holy and ask you to accept jesus, or anything or preach about Jesus. I just want to know what you think on the person and then answer the question?

  • He isn't afraid to state facts

  • @visionimagify These Cosby types fail to recognize that their experience is the EXCEPTION not the rule, although there are people, with less influence than Cosby, trying to make it so that their can be more successful "blacks" like Bill Cosby..

  • @IsDaMicOn78

what is the exception about their experience???

  • @Ryukikon You don't honestly believe that if blacks were to follow the path the Bill Cosby took to success, that they would actually make it. You see for all the, "we are the world talk" the black man is still ther most feared person in this country. Our style, communication, and intelligence is threatening. Why doesn't Cosby address issues caused by his favorite ethnicity? When he speaks on that, with the same passion he seems to speak on "blacks, then we have something to talk about.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 R1

I would still like to know what is the exception? I will address what your statement to me. Bill Cobsy or anyone doesn't have to always address whites or any other group(don't know what his favorite ethnicity is?) why because we know all of this. Black kids 5yrs and up know this. What should be done about this, solution oriented questions. Alot of people do not like to take responsibility and the probability of them being successful is almost non existent.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 R2

I can give analogies but I do not want to take up already limited space. Many blacks can make drastic improvements in their living standards and this is not rocket science but many people in general do not like to put in the work. Many kids want to go to the NBA but don't practice, its the same. You need to put in the work. You will get something for it. Well, the Black world has developed a serious welfare mentality. That is our fault as a people.

  • @Ryukikon You response illustrates the problem. Your argument suggest that blacks, who don't make up the majority of welfare recipients, are not putting in the work neccessary to become successful. "The Black world?", I'm not sure where that is, so I can't comment on it. There's not enough space for me to address your NBA comparison, just know that both of your responses have only validated the sad state of conservative "blacks" that seem to feed off disrespecting the "black" poor.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 P1

I figured you would put it into a context like that. You seem to like duopoly. labeling and putting one set of people on one side against the other. That is ridiculous, its the principal behind party politics and that destroys groups. When I talk about Welfare I am not talking about the literal welfare program. Also The black world all black people and cultures with relation to Africa.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 P2

You still not have answered my question on the exception? Groups or individuals become successful by work and that work usually is hard. I would like you to name one group of people or individuals that did not or have not become successful through hard work? Regardless of the situation you need to work hard to get out. Saying I am disrespecting Poor blacks is ridiculous, poor blacks will remain poor if they do not work. What I am saying is empowering poor blacks.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 P3

Now, I would like to also know what solutions do you have towards fixing the problems with poor blacks. And how to deliever it in a not sad way or to make the powerful black man who is feared become the literally powerful black man who is in charge of his own destiny? I would like to know that, because I am very interested, this conversation stimulation and you may be able to provide these answers, so please I would love to hear your answer.

  • @Ryukikon Solution is simple. Close your god damn legs. Stop making all these babies if your not married, if you don't have an education, if your income to child ratio is messed up. Even if you do want to have sex use a condom. Have sex until your blue in the face but use a condom.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 Good keep on making excuses and deflections. You obviously like where you are right now so stay there. Why not have a few more children while your at it.

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy Who ordered the swine? You don't know where I'm at so shut the fuck up. I'm a veteran, who unfortunately defended the likes of you, a college graduate, and a father. The point is people like Cosby should either get in the fight or shut the fuck up. Can you understand that?

  • @visionimagify A couple of problems with your argument. One, you wanna talk about dishonesty? Please, check with the Native Americans, then get back to me. Qualified so-called "blacks" are being turned down at twice the rate of white counterparts, that's fact. So tell me where does this economic empowerment begin? The Bill Cosby's of the world ARE NOT "passing it along to other blacks who are doing the same". I never said anything about "giving" money to anyone,

  • Bill Cosby...........He's gay with those pudding pops..

  • @macewindu67 You are just the type of stupid fuck that Dr Cosby is talking about. Instead of really getting his point, your little bitch ass is making threats to an icon. Dr Cosby could go to watts and get you hit up if he wanted to. Show some respect bitch ass.

  • Cosby sound like a fool.

  • @CadaverSplatter He sounds like a fool to you because what his saying applies to you.

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy You must be sucking his dick...Quit hating on everybody who disagrees with Cosby, who by the way, had a child out of wedlock an hid it.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 Your mother has a filthy mouth and that's why you speak that way. Everyone is always calling us niggers and here you are proving to anyone who reads your comment you are a dumb nigger. You lack the intellectually ability to logical debate me. You are the problem in the black community. Living up to the negative stereotype that black people are stupid and ghetto, that all we do is swear and like like animals. That we lack the capacity to have an intellectual dialogue.

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy Don't turn this around on me! You obviously didn't read my other responses. I stated why I disagree, in some ways, with Cosby. Your response to those were "Your whole point was excuses and deflection."..Be specific, that's what intelligent people do. Also you don't know me, so you don't have the right to comment on how I feel and if I wanna have more kids I will, don't need your permission.

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy It's sad that you feel like you have to prove something to white people. Your a walking hypocrisy, again my mother has nothing to do with this, In fact if it makes you feel better, your right, she would definetly not approve of this post, BUT, I'm my own man.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 The only way for us to improve as a people is to refuse to make excuses for nigger behavior. You and I both know exactly what I mean when I say nigger behavior. I can't stand black people who use the deflection, "white people do it too". Or they get cute and turn the whole argument into semantics talking about it's not all black people. Do we always have to have a disclaimer before every point. People don't respect us as a whole because all they hear are excuses and deflections

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy I'm sorry if the pressure of being black is hurting you, but, that's have nothing to do with pointing the finger at a problem, but not trying to become a part of the solution. That is my biggest problem with the Bill Cosby's of the country. What does being born out of wedlock have to do with anything? Are you aware of the skyrocketing divorce rate, and that's fact not deflection.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 I am part of the solution because I refuse to act like the nigger that god damn rednecks expect me to. When a white person does or says something really ignorant I know their waiting for me to chimpout but I choose to be calm and act like a lady. This way their the ones who look low class. It's not so much that being born out of wedlock that hurts us it is the mentality that goes along with it that hurts us. 70% of the prison inmates are the sons of single mothers.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 Yes there is a skyrocketing divorce rate but at the very least these people are trying to make it work. It's easy to give up and ignore 30 years of social research that clearly shows the long term effects of not having a father in your life. Bill Cosby's message may not be perfect but at least he has the balls to confront the problem. I feel respected by Bill Cosby because he believes we do have the capacity to do so well. That we are intelligent, beautiful and good.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 People don't respect us because 73% of our babies are born out of wedlock, we have the highest rate of AIDS, we go to jail the most, our black men have no problem having 3-4 baby mamas and their so ignorant and low class they actually think this makes them a man. A black man has a higher chance of being killed by another black man than he does from a white man. Otherwise decent black people make excuses all the time for the niggers. The whole situation is embarrassing.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 I hate it when I see too many black people living up to the stereotype whether in terms of their actions or mentality. It makes me look like a nigger and I don't even do any niggerdom activities. If we don't acknowledge we have allot of niggers running around making the rest of us look bad the problem can never be solved. There is a reason the rest of the world looks down on blacks. We give them reason to talk shit about us all day long and it wears me down. I am anti-niggerdom

  • @IsDaMicOn78 I take offense to the notion that being born out of wedlock makes you somehow less of person, which must be why you keep repeating it. Whether black conservatives want to admit it or not, the problems in the black community are not soley of our own doing. Unfair laws, such as the Rockerfella laws, stiffer penalities for crimes equal to that of whites, again these are not my words, they're facts.

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy How is that? I'm not black. But I don't have to be to think he is making serious errors.

  • @CadaverSplatter and what is the alternative? Sit back and keep out mouth shut as my black people drive straight into the wall? If you don't acknowledge you have a problem the problem can never be solved. Bill is at least pointing a flashlight on the problem. He is starting the debate.

  • @PorkChopMissPiggy Fair enough. I respect your view, but ultimately I think the problem can be based on class economics (poverty), the remnants of segregation, and a long standing institutional bias; that coupled in with a long standing resentment by many whites.

  • @CadaverSplatter I think that use to be the problem but now the problem is culture. When a 16 year old girl gets pregnant we throw a babyshower for her instead of shaming her. When a black boy fights back instead of walking away from the fight we praise him for being a man. When a black man makes 3-5 women pregnant we praise him for being manly. I know the media LOVES to show black people as degenerates. They focus on us and the public can't get enough of watching niggerdom.

  • Ironically someone should kill Bill Cosby. Blow his goddamn brains out. If this old fucker ever comes to Watts its a wrap for him. We go hard in the paint.

  • @macewindu67 What a dumbass thing to say ,this just clearifies Bills point.

  • @glendaweil why should you care if soemone kills this mother fucker?

  • @macewindu67 you hate what he says because you have the mentality that his talking about. I bet you have kids out of wedlock with 2-3 baby mamas. Your daughters will grow up to be teen mothers and you son will go to jail.

  • The problem with Bill Cosby is that he's looking at only a small part of the problem. No one wants to address how pure cocaine is making it to Harlem, only when it's rocked up an sold. For someone who had a child outside his marriage, and hid it,I have a hard time taking relationship advice from him. Use some of that pudding money an GO TO the youth instead of talking AT them.

  • @IsDaMicOn78 Your whole point was one big excuse and deflection. Wake up

  • I love bill cosby, a wonderful actor and a smart man. Keep on fighting bill!
