Ipod Touch 2G sounds not working. + Veency

my ipod sounds are working, like the lock button and all that, but the thing that doen't work is when I plug it in tho the charger and unplug it. it doesn't make the noise. Please help :)

i searched online cuz myiPhone sounds werent wrking either n it said to make sure the silent option on the left side of the phone is off.. if its on thn the red dot is showing! make sure its off n the dot doesnt show! it workd fr me :)

I think its cuz venncy or w/e doesnt try to pickup the sound so it doenst enoy you
