the most swinging in the period of boccaccio life (destelbergen belgium) where I was dj , my prefered one in period of new beat, house and this style of music.
Simply sublime. I'll never tire of this classic. Oh, SHOJMPR42, the sound similarity between this and World machine was probably because Wally Badarou was the 'Unseen' band member in Level 42. It's probably his prophet 5 synth playing bassline in that song. Peace.
Yet another version of the track. This must be the 4th version I have heard. Don't believe me, well, just hear this track on a few others contributors on Youtube!. The sleeve design of the record is the same as the 12 incher, but the track is at a different tempo to this one, which I think was the abridged 7 inch vinyl. Never the less, a great track that is all but forgotten by many except the ones who grew up in the 80's. I was still at school when this one came out!
Funny when this film came out, the previews didn't use music from the soundtrack, they used music from Badarou's Echoes album. Drove me nuts till I figured it out.
Heaven. One of the high moments of the 80s
