被害・加害といふけど、問題は民間非戦闘員を殺害したかどうかぢやないだらう。最初から民間の非戦闘員を殺戮することを目的に軍事行動を起し、目的通りに殺戮を行つたかどうかといふことぢやないのか。全く論点になつてゐないやうだが、この区別は自明ではないぞ。
