The type of file is a file an iPhone can't play. It happens on YouTube too sometimes. It has nothing to do with flash.

for the computer download real vnc and for the ipod (in cydia) get veency. then open up realvnc and type in your IP adress(to do this go into settings, wifi, click the little arrow on you wifi connection and it will be the first thing).
