@Mobstersoverdrive If you're sticky-jumping. If you're an enemy, it does launch you higher. It's the same mechanic with a crit rocket, if you hit a heavy in the feet with a crit rocket, he'll go into the air a generous amount, hit him with a regular rocket, and he won't. Easily test-able.
