Wrong. This is what I wrote in the other video:

They are saying "go west", you can clearly see in the beginning of the video "east" as the USSR (red star) empire. Meaning the USSR is the east, but THEY want to go WEST where there is freedom, liberty, blue skies (not all red commie) etc.

They are using the communist symbols in an ironic way, they are being sarcastic.

The "west" is where the statue of liberty is, meaning democracy and freedom.
