wow everybody is dumb and confused! lemme explain, daigo is using ryu (as always) and shootingD is using guile as a departure. daigo wins (as always) case closed.

for u daigo fans, shooting D is considered the best ryu in ST. there's a video somewhere where they play FT10 and shooting D wins 10-3.

Daigo started out with Guile on SFII so the names could have been mixed up. It's impossible to tell though, just appreciate the match, it's quite a good example of how to play this match-up for Guile and Ryu.

It's possible that they mixed up the names and ShootingD is playing Ryu. They are both known for playing Ryu, but Diago also plays Guile.

this is daigo, however an old film. daigo used black ryu with yellow headband early on in his super turbo playing days
