Indymac HARD DENIED my loan modification for not providing a document they admit they never asked me for -- proof of income from my employer - even though I submitted current pay stubs, W-2's, tax returns, and signed a IRS form 4506. My employer never received a direct request & IndyMac never requested it from me. In fact, they told me everything HAD BEEN SUBMITTED. Indymac and One West got their sweetheart deals from the FDIC, and we, the homeowners, get screwed.
All bullshit, IndyMac has a "sweet heart deal" with the FDIC, why would they modify when the loans are insured. Another law firm trying to make a buck without doing their research. Its ads like this that the CA senate passed SB94.
@bluecoastf Insurance FRAUD of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp is just one of the many schemes current of Bank One Obamas main handler not the least of which is kickbackbacks to the Clerks of the Courts in which the Counties of which the foreclosure Rico scams R occurring.
