This is the worst advice I've ever seen given. You should tell your dog "OFF" while turning your back.

Why do you say "No" to the dog after he sits down?? You are correcting him for sitting. The best way to stop a dog from jumping is to hang them in the leashe until the dog strugles to get down agian. Do this a few times and your dog will never jump agian...Trust me...

before the dog actually jumps you get her all excited almost like your encouraging her to jump and then tell her no!
