The version of the Temps is their own way to perform. Outstanding and very nice too.

I didn't even know they'd recorded a bersion of this till a few days ago! I actually like it better than the Temps' version. (I know, I know: BLASPHEMY!!)
Interesting fact for those who don't know. I checked the Billboard charts, and they say, this record was issued in 1968, seven month after the Temptations original. The Temts reached Nr. 4 and Gladys only Nr. 41. I think it was released too soon, after the original's success.
