@urakatakagyou Cutting plastic and water actually causes less damage to your sword than cutting tatami mats....especially real tatami

I think some of the strikes in the beginning are a little too wild. But near the middle and end you started to use more control. Also, if you got a higher stand for the bottles, you wouldn't have to arch you back down, which would help improve your full body motion.

@Tensin14 Thats right the stand is not @ the right height for cutting, Abit more higher would be of made better easy cuts =]
