i bought the cx110. Amazing camera with full hd capabilities. Carl Zeiss lens make photos and videos look spectacular, even in the distance where other camera brands (CANON) look grainy-er. Trust me, I did my research ;D

i have this camera...great camera although doesnt work with final cut express when recording in 1920x1080 so i have to edit all of my footage in adobe premier =/

other than that it is a great buy...really amazing quality for a budget camcorder

@hudsonparker1 I just bought an HDR-CX110 today, which is a similar camera, and i just plugged it in, and iMovie picked the footage right away... So I would assume it would also work on final cut express since that is their more advanced software, but I'm just guessing!

PS- This is an awesome camera, its like a CX-100 with better image stabilization + some other stuff, and its simply awesome! I'm uploading the first clip I took with it, to youtube as we speak!

@OpticalFilms It should you need a lens with the Filter Diameter: 30mm. The opteka has sizes from 25 - 37mm. Look at sony's website for the filter diameter to determine the best fisheye for you.

try using pinnacle studio HD,has smooth slowmotion effects and pic in pic too,and can put out hd formats,and for anyone asking how to get your hd video to youtube in HD,make sure your format is HD and after its done processingthe 720p or 1080 will automatically pop out,as for how it looks,thats a fisheye lens,you have to buy that seperate and make sure its the right size threads,if its not the right size threads,you will need to use lens adapters

the lighting and shadow made the camera look voluminous and it is a HDR-CX100. Trust me, Im the one filming with it. Its compatible with fisheyes also.

too anwser all the questions about why it lags..... its because your computers might not have enough memory/ram/ghz.... ect.. or any of that stuff may be too low or not enough, thats common for HD editing.
