30 lbs is great! I know it's very tough to get the protein/fluids in right after surgery ,but you can do it...It does get better. I was feeling weak and dizzy after my surgery too,but it's gone now. Please take care of yourself girlie!
30 lbs is great! Be careful. I promise it will get better. Right after wls I would get the stomach pains if I drank too fast. Sip, sip, sip. Lots of ice in the water. Thermal cups help it stay cold longer. I had to get 3 bags of iv fluids a few weeks after surgery. You need to go, it will jump start you and you will feel so much better. Take care of yourself. This is nothing to mess with. Maybe you have a bug?
I bought an ice crusher so I have been emptying a full cup every day of ice. When the cup of whatever I'm drinking gets lukewarm it makes me nauseous. Thanks for the comments!
30lbs that is absolutely amazing!!! I am so sorry that you are dehydrated...need to get those fluids in, they are more important than eating food right now. Take care of yourself!
You absolutely do sound dehydrated and YOU NEED fluids more than food. Sip sip sip. Suck on ice chips all day or eat sf ice pops. You must drink water if you like it or not. Dehydration is nothing to mess with. GET THE IV FLUIDS. It will hit you when you least expect it. Maybe if you catch up on your fluids IV then drinking may be easier.
OH NO, you have to get to the hospital and get some fluids in. You could pass out and since you live alone, no one would know. Dehydration is nothing to mess with. If you have to, call an ambulance to get you there. I'm not trying to scare you, but it's very dangerous being dehydrated.
Water water water..all the time. I use crystal light in my water and I survive on Sugarfree ICE POPS!
Take care of yourself.
Miguel
