    A kipping pullup isnt supposed to be a proper pullup. Kipping is supposed to include multiple mucle groups.

    I do both because they both have very good benefits

  • @Madhatter24463 You are true, sir. In the Marine Corps, we kipped for our annual fitness test. They made it deadhang only some years back. 1st, they keep you from getting stale. Do your pullups 5 days a week, but try alternating deadhangs with kips to get through a plateau. 2nd, deadhangs hit the lats, kips work on grip and balance. Have trouble with swinging anyone?; ace the kip and you won't anymore. Master both. BTW this guy is a monster. Tried fran earlier -ha ha- only did 11,9,7. One day!
