Very disappointed. I did as you said, only now, my app has no picture, only a grey box! The iphonebrowser program has the correct (new) picture though. Also, I named a couple apps within iphonebrowser, and now their pictures are gone too, even though I didn't change them!! Any help?

I am trying to change it manually VIA SSH / WinSCP but can't seem to find the application folder with the default icon.png file. I have found the majority of folders and have customized most of my original icons but I can't seem to find the iTunes, Twitter, Settings and Photos. I have found the icons for iFile, Skype, and Facebook but when I repeat the same icon changing processes in these folders nothing happens after a respring.

What the hell do I do?

@PickNickProductions I had the same problem but did a little research and figured it out. You probably used Spirit, which does not install afc2add. Go into cydia search afc2add and install it. Then reboot iPhone browser and your device and it will work. Hope this helps!
