1) why use scissors two times? One times is enough. But rubber put on glue sheet first - no first on blade
2) use roller is 100x better than use hands

Thats exactly what I use the Glue sheet. You can actually buy the glues sheets on any Hobby stores or arts & craft stores.

you say craft stores sell glue sheets i cant find a store that sells any glue sheets. other then onlne table tennis stores

Hobby Lobby & Micheals sells them. Don't ask the clerks for glue sheets because they will just give you a deer on a headlight look. Instead ask them for a double sided mounting paper sheets.
