Man, Mike Should Put Out A New Album Of Original Material...His '92 Album Is Off Da HIZZY!!!
And Man, Dude Can REALLY Sang...He Got Soul & don't Overdo It Like Alot Of These Current Artists. Somebody Please get him in the studio.
And If This Video Is Any Indication, He Puts On A Helluva Show To.

I bought his cd in 1992 and I still enjoy this master of his craft. Mike Davis is just too soulful for today; today's artist are watered down with seldom bringing the true essence of soul to the table. We need a renaissance of true soul music. Many of today's artist are spoiled and forget the suffering that soul music resonates. Not that we want to suffer again but rather pay homage in such a way that our roots are not forgotten.
