That card is a MicroSD USB adapter. The device allows a microSD card to attach to a USB port.

Most that I've seen won't work with MicroSD cards that are larger than 8 GB. If your's is, that might be the problem.

it does not hold anything, it is a card reader for your computer, but it worked fine for my 1gb micrd SD card
