@wallzstreet1 You can't, unless you actually buy the game, you can't have online privelages. Just download the new Age of Empires Online. It's free, I haven't tried it myself yet, but I heard it was O.K.

Torrents do indeed have viruse's but not user virus's they have a virus that literaly goes to your harddrive and kills it. Every torrent has this but it takes a lot of them to finaly kill your hard drive. If you update your hard drive constantly this should not matter and torrents = free game for you. But if you have a laptop or a newer computer and you dont update your hard drives i suggest not downloading torrents.

Go to there and open the file and go to the following line:

"-Setting Name="optionenablevsync"-false­-/Setting-" and make it true.

Exit the xml file and save changes.

The game should now run without the crash at the menu!

Once you download this, youtube "age of empires tunngle" then google tunngle and download it, and watch the tutorial how to play for free muiltiplayer, (lan) but tunngle is a lan spoofed network that most pirates play on, right now 65 people are playing aoe 3 online, the more people that join tunngle and dl age of empires, the more people to play with, download age of empires 3 and tunngle and come play! tunngle rocks youtube it! our own pirate server!
