@Savai: Ruto & group, Uhuru & his mungiki friends, collective or individual prosecution, one thing I know for sure is that Kenyans we are tired of political, tribal, nepotism, corruption & inequality mess.

I am afraid the Ocampo trial is going to buttress the Kenyan tribes more firmly and those living within Kenya will only feel safe in their tribe. Already the Ruto visit to The Hague has begun dividing the morals of Kenyans on animalistic tribal lines.

The big number of guilts, will come from ODM group. Let's not forget the power of inciting the youth by speech. I remember every time Anyang' Nyong'o spoke, especially after meetings in Pentagon, there was a wave of killing.

Every individual is prosecuted according to the evidence presented against him or her. Ocampo will have a very difficult time prosecuting Ruto because he has to prove Ruto had the capacity to start the killings when they started and end them when they ended. The orders obviously lie with a higher authority than Ruto. :

Kenya has 30million people, we have so many Kibakis, so many Rutos, so many Patels, & so many sick people.
Within our population we have thousand dozens of parliamentarians, you can be too. So don't defend anyone of them.

How lovely it will be when one evening, we'll come home, switch our TVs on, & there will be no political news at all that night.
It will be a cartoon for our kids, then a comedy, followed by a cooking program, then a wildcat diary to remind us how beautiful Kenya is.
Because, wherever I turn, Kenyan media has no business helping us remember our values & culture.
Politics dominate their list, they even waste our time on Sonko's church day & a Maina Njenga.
