That's not a hack you noob, those are cheats that can be toggled/enabled on or off using Rcon(Admin on a server can do this)

nothing special, just enable cheats for the demo and type give all in the console (~) and you get Default Weapon (which is the hand) and many other weapons only from the demo. as for the invincible enemies sometimes that is a glitch but it might be a command too I don't really know
