Again strong legal system will attract investors and capital who will employ educated professional, technicians and labour force. Those in turn will pay taxes and spend their earnings for different goods which keeps money flowing in business cycle.

There is more to it then Yushchenko's connection to the banking system in Ukraine. You as consumer should be more concerns with what can you buy with the money you earn, and unemployment rate within the country, and state/country legal system. Poor legal system will aid corruption which scares off investors and create distrust among own people. That is present situation in Ukraine and other troubled countries around the world. Ask your self why Swedish, Denmark, Canadian systems work for them?
