Lyle Mcdonalds Rapid Fat Loss Handbook! It works, and what's even better is that most of the weight lost will be fat not muscle. You basically eat protein and greens at a large deficit. You could probably get away with not exercising at all because you will be on a large caloric deficit so burning 50 extra calories walking isn't very significant. Also, because of the caloric deficit you probably wont have as much energy, at least initially. The book is also informative, and easy to read.
Go to walmart get even small dumbbell hell even 5 pounds and you can do a dumbbell only weight lifting routine in your cause super high reps, so its a cardio routine, but do something like
dumbell curls as many as you can do with 5 pounds
dumbbell shoulder press slow and controlled as many as possible
try to do some chest flys if possible, look into arm weights for cardio and walking
@Foxx6699 thats way to much for a big guy... id cut out the protein incase it stores as fat because he wont be able to use it after ingesting it as much as a small guy
I can give you this diet I did and lost over 75kg(150lbs) in 2 years. You drink one protein shake with 0% milk in the morning. For lunch you eat some meat or chicken with allot of green leaves salad. For snack take one small fruit. Than in the evening you steam/boil or fry meat/chicken/fish with allot of veggies (200 grams at least!). If you feel hungry take another protein shake or a _small_ hand of non salted peanuts. Also drink at least 2 litre of water/green tea per day. And stick to it!

Boogie, my fiance and I have both have epilepsy. She uses the ketogenic diet (high fat, low carb) to control her seizures, whereas I use meds. You will lose weight if you choose to go on that diet and you will keep it off. It's worth giving it a shot.

hello boogie maybe you already do this but if you dont somethink ive learned is portion control. Half your plate should be vegtables/salad ect then divide the other half so its in quaters, one quarter should be protein meat, fish ect and the other quarter should be carbs potatoes/rice ect its helped me alot .....keep up the good work :D

@SuperTrancend That and excersize, got a smarphone?... i bet use my fitness pal you can scan barcodes and it adds the product info - calories/fats and deducts it off the amount set easy to keep track :).
@msuder0583 It might as well be the same if you're pre diabetic / trying to loose weight. The glycemic factor of any kind of sugar means it's basically instant fat, not to mention the psychological effects, drug like effects sugar has on the mind.

You should keto cycle Boogie. 3-4 days of less than 20g of carbs per day, then on the 5th day eat around 150g of carbs, day 6 eat around 75g of carbs, then day 7 back down to 20g of carbs. This keeps your body burning the fat and not becoming used to using ketones for energy, so it shouldnt plateu. Its also easier on your mentally, i hated keto, but knowing that after every 4 days u can enjoy carbs, its worth it. Remember, you need to keep ur calories low, honestly, keep to 3000 a day, no lower.
I dont know what kind addictionpattern you have, but for me it worked to first stop eating and drinking ALL things with sugar. I allowed myself to eat one sort of chocolate tho. And I could eat fatty things. First I had to get rid of the memory of sweet things. That worked, and I got tired of the chocolate as well. Then reducing the fatty stuff worked reasonably good. The main goal was to stop eating produced food and make my own. Gl, Boogie! And exercise! :D
Take a gander at the documentary called "fat sick and nearly dead" its kind of boring and not that inspiring until the last 45 minutes or so. Its om netflix so whenever you get a chance you should watch it
I eat 4000 calories a day too..but im an athlete and i'm only 16. The fact of life is, the bigger you are, the more calories you need. Dont let the amount of calories get to you boogie! For such a smart guy I am surprised you restrict your calories like that. Eat whole foods as much as you want and exercise...SIMPLE. Restricting calories causes you to fail and fall off the wagon. Hence why you are trying to restrict your calories AGAIN. Weight Watchers is fail too. Give me the money instead...lose a bit of fat just to put on more, can someone say repeat business? Holy shit the internet is awesome.
You have to realize his BMR is probably 3.8k-4.1k depending on how tall he is. He is gradually stepping down from his initial flat BMR with a caloric deficit and what he just said is the right way to do it. Taking out 500 cal/day would work but i would shoot even lower like he is at 2500-3k otherwise things are gonna be too slow. I mean think about 4 lbs loss in a month? That can be more than doubled.You know what you're doing Boogie. Keep at it you're doing it right!
At your age and your weight there's not much time for putting off your health. You may want to transition into a raw food diet. Raw living food is proven to cure diseases, illnesses, cancers, and maintaining a healthy body weight. I think you should look into it. It may be a challenge but you can do it boogie. Just because you do not like vegetables doesn't mean you cannot eat them.
Im backing you fully, as myself i am losing fat. Best advice i could give is just research fat loss, books, videos, internet. Knowledge is key my friend. Good luck mate. :)

I notice you talk about food and calories a ton but not a lot about exercise. I know it would be really hard at your size but have you considered making a sacrifice to join a gym with a pool like 24 hour fitness?

It's that simple. You're over 500 lbs boogie. The weight should be coming off you like a fucking starving Ethiopan. If it isn't it's simply YOU ARE EATING TOO MUCH. Over 6 months in to your weightloss you should be down 100 lbs. You should be losing a consistent 5lbs a week at least!!!!
@ThatGuyFromTheMovie I used to weigh 300 lbs last year. Now I'm hovering at about 190. The first month of my weight loss I lost about 30 lbs. I lost it by eating doritos and playing video games all day. All I changed were little things like small or no dessert, no soda, no midnight meals, ect. Losing weight isn't as hard people make it out to be. Yea is eating Lasagna at midnight delicious? Sure. But just have an ounce of self discipline.

@hallurs I know what I'm doing, most of my diet is protein and after I'm done all slowly increase my calorie intake, btw I just got done jogging for a hour. I'm only have 9 more pounds until my final goal, I work out to build muscle.

10:00 am: Apple + Protein shake with WATER, no milk (Optium 100% is a good one)
12:00 pm: Full grain crackers with chicken + rice cake (1 or 2)
2:30 pm: Oatmeal with water (get the crushed one, don't know any brands for americans)
5:30 pm: Rice + chicken/fish(can season it, no salt) + veggies
7:00 pm: Gym time (weights + cardio)
9:00 pm: Banana + Shake
11:00 pm: Bed
Stick to this and you'll see the fat flying.

You have to realize his BMR is probably 3.8k-4.1k depending on how tall he is. He is gradually stepping down from his initial flat BMR with a caloric deficit and what he just said is the right way to do it. Taking out 500 cal/day would work but i would shoot even lower like he is at 2500-3k otherwise things are gonna be too slow. I mean think about 4 lbs loss in a month? That can be more than doubled.You know what you're doing Boogie. Keep at it you're doing it right!

At your age and your weight there's not much time for putting off your health. You may want to transition into a raw food diet. Raw living food is proven to cure diseases, illnesses, cancers, and maintaining a healthy body weight. I think you should look into it. It may be a challenge but you can do it boogie. Just because you do not like vegetables doesn't mean you cannot eat them.

I notice you talk about food and calories a ton but not a lot about exercise. I know it would be really hard at your size but have you considered making a sacrifice to join a gym with a pool like 24 hour fitness?

boogie i feel you i'm up to 280 pounds and now i'm trying to lose it i want to lose 100 pounds by june its very hard i just started i'm trying to stay to about 500 calories a day and it sucks and drinking tons of water. Good luck to you and hugs.

I knew a guy who lost 250 pounds from exercising. Eating right is not enough and if you're content to lose only a few pounds a month, you're screwing yourself over with your complacency. Work out and put forth some effort or stop wasting your time.

Smoke a little of Marijuana everyday, But do not eat when you have the munchies. Marijuana speeds up your metabolism. You will also come up with more great ideas for videos to lol. But on a real note, Good job getting back on track. Stick with it and you will feel a lot better.

It's that simple. You're over 500 lbs boogie. The weight should be coming off you like a fucking starving Ethiopan. If it isn't it's simply YOU ARE EATING TOO MUCH. Over 6 months in to your weightloss you should be down 100 lbs. You should be losing a consistent 5lbs a week at least!!!!

@ThatGuyFromTheMovie I used to weigh 300 lbs last year. Now I'm hovering at about 190. The first month of my weight loss I lost about 30 lbs. I lost it by eating doritos and playing video games all day. All I changed were little things like small or no dessert, no soda, no midnight meals, ect. Losing weight isn't as hard people make it out to be. Yea is eating Lasagna at midnight delicious? Sure. But just have an ounce of self discipline.

@hallurs I know what I'm doing, most of my diet is protein and after I'm done all slowly increase my calorie intake, btw I just got done jogging for a hour. I'm only have 9 more pounds until my final goal, I work out to build muscle.
