@estebanolsenchannel hello. the liver spread act as a thickener to the caldereta. It can be pork or chicken canned liver spread. If you don't have this, you can use boiled pork liver and mashed it, or liver sausages. Or if you don't want to use liver spread, i guess cheese will be fine.
