I beg to differ. The problem with most fighters is that they don't know how to properly weight train. They should incorporate heavy compound movements like squats and deadlifts for overall strength plus Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk for explosive power. Isolation exercises like bicep curls are useless for MMA and they're more for the faggots at the gym that like to show off.
