4D is anything that you can walk through. It has a higth a width a length, and it has an INTERNAL higth width and length. example? your bedroom on the outside might be 20ft by 20ft by 20ft. in the inside though since the walls and ceiling are each a foot thick your bedroom would be 19ft by 19ft by 19ft. :)
as for 5D that would be anything we can sense with our five senses. we do pretty much live in a 5D world. :)

The 4th dimensions is what we perceive as linear time.
The 5th and 6th dimensions are alternatives of linear time.
Above the 6th dimensions are parallel universes and arrays of infinite possibilities.
