i hate to be the bearer of bad news...but my springer (a boy) wiggled liked that at the age of 1, and it turned out to be mild hip dysplasia. it's one of the first signs of early hip dysplasia, supposedly it shifts their weight to make it easier when they walk since its slightly painful for them. i hope i'm wrong but your dog walks just like mine did and still does.

Thanks! Layla is our second Springer and both have had the same walk, particularly when they walk slowly. One reason I made the video is that when we walk our Springer in public some people ask if she has a hip problem :-) Nope, that's just the way she walks!
