Speed and the way cars handle and damage can be changed the environment can be changed in such a way that the game looks so much better but im guessing you just don't like this game modded but thats fine the game still good in original format.

@allividdi google gta iv native trainer, the only thing you do is follow the instructions in the readme or you google instructions... you basically just copy files to the gta directory and thats it
