I watch this so often; once a day it seems. The first time I saw it I kept hitting replay XD this is just amazing! Like what everyone else is saying, a lot of its awesomeness comes from your not drowning it in effects. The clips and music really work well together; I think we can all tell you put a lot of work into this!

I love your amv style, you keep the beat, your clips are high quality and fitting with the lyrics and you use minimal effects. I've never cared for amv's filled with flashy, over used effects, you have a great deal of talent *subscribe* =D

This is the single best AMV I've ever seen, and I've seen thousands over the years. I don't know why it hasn't gotten more views. I commend you for your hard work. And I adore how you relied on the scene choice and editing together of said scenes to create the whole feel and look to this. I'm so tired of the flashy, overused style of the other ones. This is just wonderful. You're a master creator.

@khyaoiness Aw, that's so sweet! Iono, though...I think the Ponyo amv was very well done and definitely deserved the credit it received. I don't really aim to win, either. All I care about is being a finalist. :) The only thing that bummed me out is the speaker lag that set my timing off by 1/3 second.

@surfergirl19 Yes, it did show at Fanime. But there was a slight speaker lag that threw off the timing by 1/3 of a second, which totally bummed me out.

@surfergirl19 Haha. That's cons for you. I swear, they're addicting. If you liked Fanime you should try to make it to Anime Expo in LA during 4th of July weekend. Waaaaay bigger and even crazier than Fanime. This was actually my first year at Fanime (been trying to go for 8 years but something always came up) so I was really excited. Cosplay photo shoots, concerts, room parties...*sigh* oh the con life. But the con blues are a killer after it ends. :P

Also, for my Black Rock Shooter costume, if you see someone in that costume walking around either 1. 2 black and silver swords, 2. a glowing blue sword or 3. a full size 6 ft. tall rock shooter replica and a full length black and blue wig, that's me. ^_^ My props guys kinda out did themselves this year. They're getting all into it and putting in LEDs and everything.

@theHedgex1 *pats back encouragingly* I just iMovie 6 HD. It's just a basic program. One of these days I'm gonna get Final Cut...If you're on a PC, I've always like the effects that come with Sony Vegas.

@iluvsakuraandsyaoran Oooooh. Code Geass is more for revenge. It's a whole lot more...should I say heart wrenching? It spares no one coz it doesn't glorify war. And the "bad guys" for the most part aren't really bad. There're a lot of characters who are really cool but just happen to be on the wrong side.
