This is Rumba sir the root of all Cuban music since this came about before son was invented. That being said, when I first listed to Rumba it did take me a while to get used to it. You have to really study the music and learn about it's history. Once you understand it, the rest falls into place.

AFRO-CUBAN CULTURE AND TRADITION, ROOTS OF SO-CALLED "SALSA." I saw them in 1994 @ the APOLLO theater. I hope they continue to pass on this beautiful culture and tradition to the next generation of CUBANS(in CUBA).
