  • "I don't care HOW she votes, I'm going to marry her!" LOL love that!

  • My stomach is empty as a saloon? Christ, this sure is old timey....

  • How can they take a bath in an one room house?

  • Slapstick these days missing one vital thing. The piano as the background music XD

  • 'Daddy would you like some sausage? Daddy would you like some sausages?'

  • 5:19 so damn clever... and there's no camera trickery going on.

  • Buster Keaton was way ahead of his time.

  • Filmmakers Zack Zortman and Steve Kane here. We’re doing everything to get our slapstick comedy “Colonial Commandments” out there. If you have some time, check the film out here on Youtube. It is broken into 5 parts, type in Colonial Commandments Part 1in on your Youtube search bar and hit enter. Begin with Part 1..you get the point and oh, feel free to drop comments and ratings but we do encourage those who rate to watch the film in it’s entirety, Titanic sucks if you don’t let the ship sink.

  • In this instance, the "Like" button just doesn't cover it. Where's the "Adore" button?

    BUSTER KEATON FOREVER.

  • strepitoso come solo buster sa essere... grande cinema e interior design in questa scena dai ritmi vertiginosi...irraggiungibile

  • Tutou tell us to watch his work , what a design of living! but I love ' can can' more.....why ?

  • When B,K. was just a baby and his parents were in vaudeviLLe he feLL down some stairs and he just sat up as if nothing happened. Harry Huddini (sp?),the great magician was traveLing with them saw him faLL and said "That was a buster!" So that's how he got his name and became the first "BUSTER".

  • No! Buster's My main man cLown! This is pure Keaton! MechanicaL Genius!

  • He had a background in vaudeville, joining his parents' act when he was only a baby. He learned as a child that the comedy went over much better when he didn't laugh or smile. Joe literally threw him around on stage, which is where he learned how to be so acrobatic and to take a fall without getting hurt. As for his routines and ideas - sheer genius.

  • Haha, this is Al Gore's wet dream.

  • This is just so clever! Buster Keaton will forever remain timeless.

  • They tried thier best with brilliant ideas,,,but I still think Charlie is funnier!

  • i concure. Charlie was magic on screen but i haven't watched enough Buster Keaton vids to really give Buster much credit. i enjoy it! but i see a lot of Charlie Chaplin movement but maybe that was just the art form of miming too. all i know is when i watch Chaplin i am immediatly pulled in and blown away.

  • Buster is so cool. Has anyone been to any of the houses he used to own? Anyone know what's up with his sons?

  • Ages ago. I once lived a couple of blocks away from an earlier house of his in the Larchmont area of Hollywood. I can hardly remember its address but I believe one of Valentino's homes was nearby as well. Most of that neighborhood's houses seem to date from the silent era. Visitors to Hollywood usually get mixed up in West Hollywood and the Hollywood/Highland section of town (a tourist trap) but the actual history lay eastbound of that. Being a silent movie nut I miss life in that area.

  • the imagination! i love it!

  • This has GOTTA be the house of the future. Low energy! Low footprint! And there are mini houses like that today.

  • they are called murphey beds, they still make em.

  • Not anymore. Recently prohibited. Congress passed murphy's law.

  • ROFLMAO....omg please tell me that was a joke...because i think i almost cried I laughed so hard at this reply lololol.

  • I'm TOTALLY gonna make a table that flips from dishes to a flower pot!

  • i think chaplin is funnier

  • "What Is Home Without A Mother?" So simple, so deep.

  • Haha, an oven that is also a record player? Looks like iPod's gotta new patent to buy.

  • Absolute genius. I hope to have a home like that some day.

  • wow! Look t that precision of swinging a bottle on the rope!!!

From the fridge, catch into hand, toss back into fridge, back out into partner's hand- catch, toss back again , into the fridge again! An no cuts !!! All of that in ONE SINGLE shot! Oh shoo! Go try that trick!

  • so cute

  • this is exactly how me and my hubby live!

  • they dont make them like they used to~!

  • this has got to be the first eco-home ever seen. very now.

there is no waste, everything is recycled in the cleverest way.

Buster was way ahead of his time.
