People have been misdirecting their anger at him instead of the problems and the times he was dealing with. These ppl threw their culture away for some ideology that was started by Europeans and that was meant to breakdown a beautiful although feudal system that could have been further revised by a younger generation. We had great, visionary, heroic kings who lead a free, proud nation. Now all that dived down hill at a fast rate after king Selassie and those who replaced him turned out to be satanic killers who sold, divided, landlocked and systematically dismantled Ethiopia. Who said worship? Selassie was and IS a prophet. The Bible never said to worship prophets...does Isaiah ring a bell? Peter? Zephaniah? Mark? John? Jeremiah? God never instructed us to WORSHIP these people, they are merely people that God chose to bring His message to the people. And Selassie did just that, nothing more, he never claimed to be the Messiah.
