At 22:00, the effective force describing the origin of covalent bond as a sharing of an electron between the two protons thru tunneling - can this state of sharing be thought of as a higher entropy state (the lower energy allowing the balance of energy to go any where else).

@whactya I wouldn't say so. That'd mean there was more ways of arranging the system so that the electron was shared between the two protons than not, and I'm not sure that makes sense. At any rate, entropy only really becomes useful when you're talking about the aggregate behaviour of a huge number of things - you wouldn't really use it to analyse the behaviour of three particles. Watch his statistical mechanics lectures if you're interested in entropy. They're crystal clear, as always...
