Not 300 on his knees. Him and his brother Gipper do average like 339 on tour though.

Damn his kneeling swing is still producing a ton of clubhead speed, he must be getting it out there 300. I saw J.B. Holmes do the same thing on Playing Lessons from the Pros. That's a drill I'll have to try.
