You are invincible in all grabs aside from the 'option select' *Sentries/Legionnaires* where you need to press another button to choose what you do with them. *also rare glitches*

Poseidon's Rage is an easier option for most in the Colossus 1 fight. *though weak w/o the Urn*

Know this, after each boss fight you get full refills of health/magic/rage no matter the settings.

Each encounter with the Colossus is its own fight so getting that chest wasn't necessary.

You can jump on the ledge and hold on which will keep you from being attacked by the Soldiers. Varies strategies stem from this.

I won't bother describing all the speedrun tricks I know.
