If I got the jist of that, then I think you mentioned there shouldn't be any young girls at the age of 15 in this video/slide show, which i would agree if there was actual nudity, but you also have to consider the fact that most of these pics were taken by the girls themselves, and they put them on the internet knowign it would be seen by people. Technically, and morally(by my standards), there's nothing wrong with this. It's like someone who loves cars making a slideshow of his favourite cars..
