"The Ways of a Woman in Love" was originally a demo pitched to Johnny Cash written by Charlie and Bill Justis back at Sun/Phillips International, now available on "The Complete Sun Masters." I prefer this over either version. "Mountain Dew" was all Charlie, another reference to his drinking. Released as a single in 1977 on RCA Records (imprint Groove shut down in 1965), it then made thee top 25 on the Country chart. Charlie put feeling into everything he did, and quality was always great!
Love it.
