This was the first time I had ever made it to the 2nd loop as well as the TLB - I got pretty lucky.

@landshark666 I know I've commented a load of times on this but I think you should try this game on the hard mode.

I'm not refering to the second loop, there is a actually a HARD mode on the latest version. Switch rank to hard on the config screen and it sets the game to loop 3 (I think), where there's even MORE suicide bullets! xD

With these skills, your bound to do well with some practice. (plus I'd like to add that no one has posted a 1cc on hard mode yet :D)

"These skills" were pretty random. This was probably the 10th or so time I had ever played the game. It's one of those rare times that I've been completely zoned into a game and everything just went great. I doubt I'd do so well on the harder modes.

Interesting that they have a new version. The older version had a code that you could enter to bump up the loop to new difficulties. There's also a code for a sick boss rush mode with a boss not in the normal game.

@landshark666 Well I wouldn't say it's extremely new, in fact it is probably the version you're using here. The 2005 version is the latest one.

And yeah that secret mode is called KAKUSI MODE, and it pretty much allows you to adjust everything. Pick a new starting stage, new loop (up to 8 I think) and you can set the stage to 0F to fight that secret boss you refered to.

That was a close dodge at 0:40, but as for the dodge at 0:45... that hitbox is smaller than it looks!

I hate how this boss makes you think "Oh this isn't so bad" and then starts up a hailstorm of bullets. It's bad enough that you die in one hit, but OH MY GOD! WAY TO MANY BULLETZ!

His first forms are not too bad. It's his last form that picks up the difficulty and it's mainly because it seems to be pure chaos without much of a pattern.

Actually, if you look at him, most of his shot patterns are just flying out in circles, but his insanely fast movement makes it fly all over the place and appear to be somewhat random. In the beginning of it though, I did see random shots, but they didn't look all that hard to avoid.

Nice playthrough though, I'm gonna go play some myself :]
