Dumond was convicted for raping a relative of Clinton's...but was CASTRATED while in prison by a gang of vigilantes. Under Gov. TUCKER, no investigation was launched. Get the REST of the story. The democrat sheriff kept Dumond's testicles in a jar on his desk. Where are all the folks for "Justice" on this one?
