@asakapaquiao this is some variation of a 2D fighting engine called Mugen. It's not a real fighting game (I.E. one released by Capcom/Midway/etc) but people create and input their own characters, stages and music etc. It's very fun. We're currently trying to figure out how to make it play online...

If it's not the original combination for the Shun Goku Satsu it's probably HCB x2 HP or HCB, Up, HP I'm not too sure anymore I haven't played with this version of Sakura on Mugen in like three years. If not I guess you can open up her .def file with Notepad and find her movelist!
